The sales associate (Gerald) greeted me "by name" at the entrance! He worked quickly to gain an understanding of my visit while remaining efficient! All of my questions were answered promptly and my personal information was handled with care as to follow the most up to date personal information privacy laws, which I was impressed with. The finance portion of this visit went very smoothly. Keith assisted in this area and it was plain to see he understands this part of the process very well. Everyone that I came in contact with made this painless and worked to gain my business by listening and then placing that into 'action' - the vehicle color and features that I requested were delivered and I exited the lot a happy Kia driver! This is my second time purchasing via Superior Kia - A 'BIG' thank you goes to this dealership! More
I recently totaled my 2007 Malibu that I’d purchased used. I made a decision prior to accident I'd look at Kia. Observing Kia owners - rave reviews were given when I asked. Enterprise rentals had a year old Optima with 30,000 miles, selling with service for $21,637.31. My husband felt for that price we’d buy new. Superior Kia had the strongest internet presence. Jason Mersch offered me service right away. Sharing details of our needs Jason was on target presenting me available options. Another benefit Jason could sell any ‘Superior’ car makes and models. When making a choice, upon purchase Jason had all papers in order. Once we took ownership – Jason spent time in the passenger seat going through ALL DETAILS . . . I know Jason will help me get the best use of ALL THE NEAT STUFF in our new Kia Optima, many I have no experience. I began purchasing automobiles in 1974. Jason gave the best service I’ve ever experienced. I look forward to ongoing service and relationship with Superior Kia. Thank you Kia for a quality car with great service attached and thank you Jason Mersch, we could become long time Kia keepers. More
I am very satified with my overall experience with Superior Kia. My daughter and I had been looking at the Kia Optimia and had been to several other dealers before stopping here the other dealers cus Superior Kia. My daughters car was recently totaled and dealing with the insurance company was stressful enough and on top of that trying to find a comparable car I felt was going to be impossible. Jason Mersch was attentive and receptive to all my concerns he was easy to deal with. Jason and Brian Corry worked together to secure a deal that I felt comfortable with. When we arrived to pick up the car Jason had everything ready and waiting. He was thorough,courteous and knowledgable about the car. He reviewed every detail with my daughter making sure she was comfortable before we left. I would definitely recommend Jason and Brian they both provided us with excellent customer service. More
This place is a joke. It's funny how I can do a nationwide search for a new Kia, and Superior Kia is by far the cheapest price,but then when you ask the details on how they can do this, they just t nationwide search for a new Kia, and Superior Kia is by far the cheapest price,but then when you ask the details on how they can do this, they just tell you to stop in and find out. I drove from about 2 hours away only to find out the price is bogus. It would have been nice to know that you have to qualify for every single rebate to get even close to this price, and then for the rest of the money you have to go back and forth through some two-bit process with some sales manager behind the curtains who likes to make paper airplanes. I could hear them arguing in the office the whole time it was quite comical. Look, I'm not against the dealer making a profit but I don't like my VALUABLE time being wasted. The process was long and drawn out, and I could tell the managers had their heads so far up their own a**, that they had no consideration of my time, only their own. Whoever is in charge of this dealership and their marketing strategy needs to get with the program or be fired. I feel so sorry for the poor salespeople who have to work in these conditions and put up with these overpaid clowns who call themselves management. This dealership could be great if they had some sort of competancy upstairs. They definitely lost a sale as I just went right up the road and was in and out in an hour with no hassle. What's funny is they said they get customers there all the time with this same issue. More

My first visit to Superior was in March and the first person I meet was Jason he was very friendly and polite. I was not in the position at the time to purchase a new car but he was very friendly, interested and attentive to what I was looking for. I knew that when I was ready to purchase that I would be back to Superior Kia. Last week the timing was right, I returned to Superior Kia and all I can say is WOW! I spoke to Jason prior to arriving at the dealership and upon arriving he had exactly the car I was interested in pulled up and ready for me. He helped me find the car that I wanted. He literally had it sitting waiting and ready for me when I arrived. He and Keith Malone were able to work out a deal and financing that worked for me, which was huge! Jason was so attentive to every detail and I appreciated his personalized service. He even went the extra mile in helping me with my trade. I have had a truly awesome experience with Jason Mersch. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend him and I would highly recommend Superior Kia More

I have bought many cars in my life and it has always been a hassle to do so. My experience with superior kia has been the best by far I would say my overall time spent at the dealership from start to finish a hassle to do so.
