I came in to find a new car from Kentucky. Eddie Williams did a terrific job helping us in finding a new car. My father and I stopped at a couple dealerships first and just left ... Dad even said he felt like, 'a piece of meat.' It was pretty uncomfortable and disingenuous. We were greeted at Superior Kia with warmth and friendliness ... not like prey. Anthony was wonderful; knowledge, helpful, compassionate with a great personality and sense of humor (and one heck of a sense of style!). Everyone who helped us was honest, upfront, and laid back. In a stressful situation w an Ill father helping and having just been in an accident ... it was a breath of fresh air. Truly. The car was bought 'as is' with no warranty. Once I got it on the freeway, we noticed it pulled hard to the right. We called Anthony immediately. He and the Superior staff got the car in right away to be looked at. As a single female with health conditions and driving to Cleveland Clinic every few months; this was so very appreciated. There were so many good things about Superior Kia. There was minimal wait to test drive the Telluride. The gentleman who helped us was excellent. He had good knowledge, wasn't pushy and truly seemed genuine was minimal wait to test drive the Telluride. The gentleman who helped us was excellent. There was literally no stress for the first time while purchasing an automobile. Wait time was long but I know they were doing the best they could. Now to my only significant issue... There was a booger on the headline on the driver side by the handle is. It was super gross and dried up but was hard to get clean. It did need to be recleaned as well. More

The only time that I have bought a car and not felt pressured into making a decision. Financing was super fast! The last car I bought it took over 4 hours to do the entire deal BUT at Superior I was pressured into making a decision. Financing was super fast! Worst experience ever. I heard a noise from front of car while taking a test drive which I mentioned to the sale person but he said that noise was due to the fact that it is I heard a noise from front of car while taking a test drive which I mentioned to the sale person but he said that noise was due to the fact that it is a Sport car. I picked up the vehicle between 5 and 6:00 pm on a Friday and that noise was loud on my way home so the following morning I had to stop by to talk to them about it but they didn't want to hear me out. They never fixed the car. I was even asked to leave their service area as I complained about the issue. That was very unprofessional and I have never seen any customer service representative or receptionist acting that way. That was my worst experience ever in my entire life. I wish I could just rate ZERO start! More
