Above and beyond I live about an hour and a half way from this dealership. I was in the market to replace my old car and was really interested in the Veloster Turbo. I live about an hour and a half way from this dealership. I was in the market to replace my old car and was really interested in the Veloster Turbo. I searched online for dealerships that had a used one with the right miles and there wasn't any in my immediate area. I spread the search out to 150 miles and found two. One was at another dealership in Florence KY (non Hyundai). That was a bad experience. I had made a deal (car unseen in person. I've done a lot or research on the Veloster and knew what I wanted), planned a time to come up, approved for a local loan and when I asked for a PO to give to the bank, they changed the agreed upon prince by 1500 and would not compromise. About 30 minutes later they called, acted like they would make a deal, and still did not budge. I cancelled my loan and called Brad at Superior about another car I liked. It didn't have the same options, but it was the color I wanted and less miles. We talked about it, made an appointment for Saturday morning (I called Thursday) and he suggested to submit my credit app online to speed the process up and he would check on it Friday for me, even though he was off. He had texted me Friday that it was in process. Saturday, I got up early to be there close to when the dealership opened and about 2/3 of the way there, Brad notified me that the car I was driving up to see had been sold Friday night. To say the least, I was a little pissed that I wasn't called before since I am sure they knew someone was coming in to look at. So I pulled into a truck stop and was about to head back when Brad said that Superior had a new one just like the one I wanted. I wasn't in the market to buy new, but he said if he could get close to what my payment would have been with the used one, would I still come up. I said sure (only had a third of the way to go). After some time, he told me he could do it and head up. I arrived, test drove the car, was treated with respect and bought the car with the payment only 30 off from what I wanted. Brad and the team was able to fix the issue and made me a very happy Hyundai owner. It is not that often that a team will do what it takes to make it right (or near it), just because they felt bad and it was the right thing to do. When I am in the market again, I will definitely make the trip to this dealership again. More

I used Truecar website to determine the market price and the final price by Superior Hyundai South was consistent with the Truecar estimate.
