Took car two times for repair and was not done. Took my wife's car to Honda where she has been a customer for 25 years. Repair of door latch was not fixed because it broke again within a short time; Took my wife's car to Honda where she has been a customer for 25 years. Repair of door latch was not fixed because it broke again within a short time; bot of us took it back and waited abouit four hours and it was fixed they said but broke again within a week. They wanted us to bring it back again but instead went to an independent garage where it was fixd with 30 minutes at a cost of $60 dollars. Honda charged over $300. Called General Manager but he never called back. This is really a bad dealer who treats long time customers with contempt. More

The service I received from Matt Niece was impeccable. As a first time car buyer he was patient with me and helped with all of my needs. He went above and beyond to not only give me his cell phone number if a first time car buyer he was patient with me and helped with all of my needs. He went above and beyond to not only give me his cell phone number if I ever have any questions but to constantly check up on how the car was doing. 3 weeks later and he is still going above and beyond by helping me schedule detailing for the car. He was extremely friendly right off the bat. It was my privilege to work with him! I highly recommend him to any one looking to buy a car!! More

Lot technician shot a screw that holds the license plate to the car into the body of the car when it was new. Dented the panel and scratched the paint before we took it home!
