Hank did a great job. I was in a bad lease with VW and almost over my mileage, but still with a year's worth of payments left on my lease. I DID MY SEARCHING ON LINE AND GOT A PRICE QUOTE FROM THEIR WEB PAGE BEFORE I WENT TO THE DEALER. I WAS GREETED BY RICHARD AND HE WAS MOST HELPFUL .HE KNEW THE BACKGROUND ON THE CAR I WANTED AND ALSO SHO THEIR WEB PAGE BEFORE I WENT TO THE DEALER. I TOOK THE CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE THEN TOOK THIS CAR TO MY MECHANIC TO LOOK OVER. AGAIN THIS WAS HUGE. THE NEXT DAY I MADE AN OFFER ON THE CAR WITH SOME ADJUSTMENTS TO BE MADE.
