This is our second lease with Superior Honda and Steve Kaplan. We could not be any happier. Steve is the best. Very helpful and patient. He makes the car buying process actually fun. I was looking at several dealers, but none of the others were as responsive, attentive and concerned as Chris Oligee was at Superior. He very quickly offered an extremely competitive quote online. He had the model and color I wanted, and made sure the car was in excellent condition before allowing me to drive it off the lot. What was great: the car, the price, the courtesy of the staff. What was NOT: one deceptive practice described below You may wonder how I gave all ratings of great except for overall experience. It had to do with the financing. Both Chris and Ray (the finance guy) told me that Honda's 0.9 percent for 36 months or less financing offer from Honda ended on June 1, and I bought on June 3. The best they could offer was now 1.9 percent on 60 months. I accepted that, but was not happy about it. When Chris contacted me witha courteous follow-up e-mail, I noticed that both Superior and the other local Honda dealers continued to advertise the 0.9! In my response to Chris, I mentioned this and asked to redo the financing. Chris said he'd check with his manager and get back to me. Two days later he e-mailed me that they deal was booked and can't be changed. Even though I had an otherwise wonderful experience with Chris and this dealership, I feel betrayed by this one instance. The overal deal was still very good, but lying to a customer is never acceptable. I believe either the manager or Ray determined the fininacing limit, not Chris. I think he was caught in the middle, but that's pure conjecture on my part. More
This was my first experience leasing a new car. Hank and Mac gave me great service and made the entire experience very easy and smooth. The service was professional and respectful. We never felt pressured. We received a good trade in value too. We visited four dealerships prior to Superior. Robert simply asked what are needs were and we worked from there. Again, we never felt pressured. He was very nice and stayed past his normal hours to accommodate us. Robert Starks was our salesman. He was very friendly, showed us options both for purchasing a new vehicle and for purchasing a used vehicle. He explained the different models of Odysseys we were interest showed us options both for purchasing a new vehicle and for purchasing a used vehicle. He explained the different models of Odysseys we were interested in and let us decide what options we might want to choose.We were very well taken care of by Mr. Starks, who had been recommended to us by another satisfied customer of Superior Honda. We recently bought a car in February of 2012. We had a fantastic experience at Superior Honda, thanks to Patrick. It was clear that he knows about everything there is to know about cars. Due to a car accident in May of 2012, we had to purchase another new vehicle. There was no other option besides Patrick at Superior Honda. Again, he provided a fantastic experience. He was so patient while we hassled with insurance, communicating daily with us about the status of the vehicle we wanted. He is efficient and great to work with. We HIGHLY recommend visiting Superior Honda. More
