When I went to Superior Honda I was surprised that they had the Honda Accord Coupe with all the specs I wanted in a car. Steven Kaplan had greeted me upon my entry in the dealership and was very helpful on assisting me with my purchase. Steven was all about getting me into the vehicle to test drive it to make sure the car was the right fit for me and my needs. Steven was very non intrusive or pushy when buying the car. From the start to finish of purchasing my vehicle Superior Honda did a great job of walking me through the paperwork process. Steven ensured that I knew everything that was going on and was very thorough. He personally walked me through each one of the Honda manuals and even took the time to show me how everything on my car worked. I would recommend Superior to everyone. My husband and I had been shopping Honda dealers all around town and you wouldn't believe the amount of people that never acknowledged us, greeted us or offered to be helpful. When I called Superior first, I could tell over the phone that they would be different. We met Wayne when we got there and I appreciated his laid back approach - we didn't feel rushed or pressured - even though we had gotten to the dealer around 5:30 and the place closed at 8. We ended up purchasing a CRV and I had to wait for the finance manager to finish with another couple. I'm pregnant and my husband had to leave during the process, so Wayne went and got me something to eat and paid for it, too. He definitely didn't have to do that. Overall it was a great experience and I love my new car! More
