I e-mailed and called to explain exactly what I was looking for and my requirements, I had all my questions answered either on the phone or via e-mail to my satisfaction, so I stopped in. They met eve looking for and my requirements, I had all my questions answered either on the phone or via e-mail to my satisfaction, so I stopped in. They met everything they said they would when I got there - no added charge, no "oops but there's this", just very upfront and open. Provided time for my wife and I to talk, but didn't just leave us alone and wonder if he was ever going to come back. Willing to show us the features on any part of the car. We have three kids, so car seats are necessary and being able to help measure the width of the middle row or suggestions and hits on the sound system to help store all kinds of music. The blue tooth was new to us, so showing us how that worked was important. Ended up with a brand new 2012 Odyssey. LOVE IT! More
