This is the eighth car we have bought from Superior Honda since 1984. We have always gotten great service, good prices, and lots of good advice regarding the car which would be most suitable. Because we are so comfortable with this dealer, we spoke to our salesperson, Liz Forte, before arriving and she had the cars we were interested in waiting for us, with the air on so that we did not have to suffer in the terrible heat in Cincinnati that day. Before we began our test drives, Liz calculated with us what would be the best model in the range of cars we were thinking about. We also had the chance to talk to service managers whom we know well because we service our cars at Superior. Based on their advice and our calculations, we decided to buy a Honda Civic HF rather than the hybrid. What most impressed us was the care that salespeople like Liz devote to getting customers just the right car, not just any car. When we picked up our car, we had a really good experience arranging the financing and figuring out what coverage was best for us. When one of the featured products was not really suitable, we were told it was not worth buying. That's the kind of service and honesty I have come to expect from our dealer. Ten years ago when I brought our 1988 Civic in for service because of some problems with the oil, the assistant service manager, someone I had known for two decades told me it was time to buy a new car. We believed him. Again, the service is great and the people at Superior do their best to help their customers. We have been buying good cars from them for close to thirty years and they have earned our loyalty and trust. More
The staff at Superior lived up to the hype from several other friends who bought from them. Steve, who helped find the car was no hassle and respectful during the process. We just purchased our second car at Superiod Honda, and we couldn't be any happier with the service. Liz Forte is true best sales people I've ever worked with. I just bought a new Honda Civic. Steve Kaplan was my salesman. He went out of way to show us as many cars as we wanted to see. The day we looked at the cars it was 100 degrees and he kept bringing the c salesman. He went out of way to show us as many cars as we wanted to see. This might seem like a small gesture, but he did thoughtful things like this all afternoon. This is my 4th Honda from this dealership (2002 CRV,2006 Odyssey, 2006 Accord). Obviously, I am very pleased with this dealership for sales and service. Superior Honda has always treated me with respect and always worked hard to get me a great car at a great price. I have been to the local Toyota dealership and another Honda dealership and they acted like I was bothering them and did seem to care whether I bought a car or not. I have all my cars serviced at Superior and they also do a great job. More

This is my 6th purchase from Superior Honda. The quality of service and sales keeps me coming back. All employees greeted me as they passed by. While I was in the showroom (on 2 different days), I noticed customers walking in were asking for Robert specifically and I heard one couple say a friend referred them to Robert. It is obvious his reputation as an honest, trustworthy salesperon is spreading. I have also worked with Rick on all of my past deals. He is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He has a good sense of humor and I even waited 1 extra hour so he could process my lease. Overall, everyone at Superior Honda is friendly, helpful, and willing to do what it takes to make a customer happy with their experience. I will be back in 3 years for another lease! This was my first Honda purchase and I am very pleased. I selected a Civic. I get over 28 miles per gallon in the city. My salesperson was Mr. Chris Oligee. I bought a 2011 accord from Patrick last March- had an excellent experience then... I was struck by another vehicle on my way home from work Friday night. My car was clearly a total loss.
