We purchased our first Honda seven years ago from the same dealer and same sales person. We would not go anywhere else. Our salesperson Elizabeth Forte is the absolute best and everytime we walk in whe same dealer and same sales person. We would not go anywhere else. Our salesperson Elizabeth Forte is the absolute best and everytime we walk in whether to buy or for service she is a sweetheart and always very helpful. Our 2005 Honda has always been serviced at Superior Honda even for just oil changes and I always feel welcomed and feel that I'm being treated fairly and the customer service is honest. He exceeded it by $500. He found the car I decided that I wanted, color, features, and all. It was a sunday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon, the car was in, prepared, and it is now parked in my garage. It's tuesday evening and I have already had an email from Steve, offering whatever assistance I might need to work out the electronics. I'm completely satisfied. More
From the time I got the email quote I talked with Chris Oligee for a 2012 Accord he had on the lot and I had received another quote from another co. for a 2013 accord , I had made the appointment so I too Oligee for a 2012 Accord he had on the lot and I had received another quote from another co. for a 2013 accord , I had made the appointment so I took it and Chris said he would sale me the same deal .We went for the test drive and loved the car, We next meet Yvonne Coyle who went over all the tech part of the car and then I meet Rick friedman who took my info for the finance with Honda. I was told my car would be ready the next day with the under coat the seat protection and all the extras . I got an email it was ready at 2:30 the next day . Through the whole time I had my adult son with me and he and I had never in all the car buying experience had ever been treated as well as we were by the entire staff of Superior Honda of Cincinnati. We dealt with Yvonne Coyle and she was excellent through the whole process. I had emailed her requesting a quote and requested that she only contact me through email, as I was working midnight shift and didn't want the phone ringing while I was sleeping during the day. Out of the half dozen dealers we contacted, she was the only one that respected my wishes by not calling. That was a big plus right from the get-go. All of our questions were answered within a day by email from her. When we arrived at the dealer, the pleasant experience didn't end. Everyone was very polite, helpful and most of all not pushy. All of the pricing we received through email remained unchanged when we arrived as well. We traded in a 2003 Toyota Rav4. The initial offer for it was a little low, but we negotiated politely until we reached a price that the dealer and I were both happy with. When it came time to do the paperwork, everything we verbally agreed on was in writing and correct. I don't have one negative thing to say about the dealership, it was an excellent experience all around. My wife and I are both in our mid thirties and we have bought quite a few cars in our lives. This was the first car buying experience for us that was actually enjoyable! Thank you Yvonne and Superior Honda! More

My car buying experience with Superior Honda was tremendous. From the moment my Fiance' & I walked through the door, we encountered energetic personnel that were eager to help us. I met the Sales manager Bill in a Leadership class we both attend. In a very short time I surmised that this is a man I want to give my business to. Bill came to meet me immediately & after some discussion he introduced me to Steve. I had already given them the information on the vehicle I was looking for (I really did my homework in searching new vehicles, what i wanted was not in their immediate inventory). From the start, Steve let us know what his goals were. I could tell his sincerity in not only his words but his actions. Steve started by getting us comfortable in the car while pointing out many of the features. This was by far the best test drive I've ever taken. He didn't just list features, he let us use & understand them coupled with a comprehensive driving route that allowed me to feel the performance of the car. When we got back it was time to haggle. I had my price point based on research from KBB, edmunds, etc. When they showed me the price, it was below said point! Needless to say we started the process, they found the vehicle I wanted & now I'm the happy owner of a 2012 Honda Accord EX-L. I really can't say enough of the character of the gentlemen we dealt with. Bill & Steve made us feel welcome, attended to our needs, & made sure we got everything we wanted. The biggest testament may be summed up in a simple statement. Later in the day we recounted the time we spent at the dealer. My better half said "It never felt like we were there that long at all." I agreed, but i was the one buying the car. Bottom line, If you want to buy from people who are truly committed to delivering quality, making sure you get what you want and not feigning concern for you, then Superior Honda is your spot! More
Found the vehicle online at cars.com and called about the car. Spoke with Mark about the car. Submitted an online application, I was concerned my credit score would be a problem. I went down on a Saturday at lunch and in a few hours I was leaving with a good car and they took my gas guzzzler off my hands and I only had 250 out of pocket and still have good payments. I am really happy with the car and hope it runs good a long time without any problems. I am very pleased with my experience, thank you. More
