This was my first Honda purchase and I am very pleased. I selected a Civic. I get over 28 miles per gallon in the city. My salesperson was Mr. Chris Oligee. I bought a 2011 accord from Patrick last March- had an excellent experience then... I was struck by another vehicle on my way home from work Friday night. My car was clearly a total loss. My daughter was in at 3 PM Fri. July 6 for no AC that went out while in Dayton. The outside temp. was 103 at the time.She had plans to head home to Texas Sat. early AM.That I knew at the time was not goi went out while in Dayton. The outside temp. was 103 at the time.She had plans to head home to Texas Sat. early AM.That I knew at the time was not going to happen.Thru some kind of a miracle the service writer got her back on the road with AC that same day.By letting us know the condition of the hood latch,that was found Sat. morning to be completly useless, he also literally saved 3 lives.With Bungee cords in place over the hood and AC running the Honda and crew left the drive at 7:30 AM for Texas. We stopped by on July 4th to look at accords. Steve handled all of our questions and ended up getting us in a better model (EX vs. LX) with a very good lease. When I went to Superior Honda I was surprised that they had the Honda Accord Coupe with all the specs I wanted in a car. I have been searching the internet for a while and that day on 23 June 2012 after searching a couple other Honda dealerships in person I found the car I wanted in less than 5 minutes of being on Superior's lot. Steven Kaplan had greeted me upon my entry in the dealership and was very helpful on assisting me with my purchase. Steven was all about getting me into the vehicle to test drive it to make sure the car was the right fit for me and my needs. Steven was very non intrusive or pushy when buying the car. From the start to finish of purchasing my vehicle Superior Honda did a great job of walking me through the paperwork process. Steven ensured that I knew everything that was going on and was very thorough. He personally walked me through each one of the Honda manuals and even took the time to show me how everything on my car worked. I would recommend Superior to everyone. My overall experience was great and fun too. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 9.7. More
Living in South Florida, I was trying to decide whether to lease a new Honda for my daughter locally or in Cincinnati. After getting the runaround on pricing here I called Superior Honda. Glad I did. Not only was it the simplest car deal I have ever done, but the overall price was much better without any haggling. After a 5 minute call and 2 minutes filling out the paperwork on the web, the deal was done. Paperwork was overnighted to me in Florida and returned in their pre-paid mailer. My daughter took delivery the next day. Thank you Wayne and everyone at Superior! More
