My wife and I were looking to get a new Honda Fit and Superior was the only dealership that had the exact model and options we wanted in stock. At first I was a little wary to drive to Superior from Dayt Superior was the only dealership that had the exact model and options we wanted in stock. At first I was a little wary to drive to Superior from Dayton just in case we ended up not getting the car. However, after talking with Hank on the phone, he assured us that we could look at the car and that they would be willing to work with us on pricing and financing. When we got down to Superior, Hank was available right away and spent a few hours with us looking at the car and going over the features. He was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. During the process of setting up a financing plan, Ray helped us set everything up. He recommended very strongly that we get the extended warranties which I did not want but eventually realized that I was not interested. I recommend you do your homework and research which coverage plans you want ahead of time because they really try to get you into the extended plans. When we took delivery of our new car, Hank took the time to go over some of the details about the radio system, door locks, lights, and other little things before my wife drove her new car home. It was really nice of him to make sure we were familiar with the Fit before driving off in downtown traffic. It was overall a really nice experience and we would definitely recommend anyone in the southwest Ohio to visit Superior Honda for a new car. They have a great inventory and friendly salespeople.
