I met the Sales manager Bill in a Leadership class we both attend. In a very short time I surmised that this is a man I want to give my business to. Bill came to meet me immediately & after some discussion he introduced me to Steve. I had already given them the information on the vehicle I was looking for (I really did my homework in searching new vehicles, what i wanted was not in their immediate inventory). From the start, Steve let us know what his goals were. I could tell his sincerity in not only his words but his actions. Steve started by getting us comfortable in the car while pointing out many of the features. This was by far the best test drive I've ever taken. He didn't just list features, he let us use & understand them coupled with a comprehensive driving route that allowed me to feel the performance of the car. When we got back it was time to haggle. I had my price point based on research from KBB, edmunds, etc. When they showed me the price, it was below said point! Needless to say we started the process, they found the vehicle I wanted & now I'm the happy owner of a 2012 Honda Accord EX-L. I really can't say enough of the character of the gentlemen we dealt with. Bill & Steve made us feel welcome, attended to our needs, & made sure we got everything we wanted. The biggest testament may be summed up in a simple statement. Later in the day we recounted the time we spent at the dealer. My better half said "It never felt like we were there that long at all." I agreed, but i was the one buying the car. I went down on a Saturday at lunch and in a few hours I was leaving with a good car and they took my gas guzzzler off my hands and I only had 250 out of pocket and still have good payments. My daughter came into the dealership by herself and as she is only 23 and never been to look at cars before on her own I was not wanting her to do this alone.
