I am highly complimenting Yvonne Coyle, "MY" great Honda dealer/salesperson. She responded to a message left by me re: a 2010 Honda Odyssey & we arranged a test drive on 2/8/13. I needed to know if this larger vehicle would fit in my garage, so Yvonne accompanied a friend & me to my condo in Bridgetown. When I was a bit intimidated by the closer fit w/ Odyssey vs. 2005 Accord, Yvonne offered to drive into the garage for me, citing her insurance access, etc. Odyssey does fit & Yvonne gave me good advice on getting used to the larger vehicle. As I drove back to Superior Honda, Yvonne indicated that a newer vehicle (2012) was available w/ navigation system & back-up camera. The 2010 model had a rear entertainment system, which I don't need or want, but not the nav/back-up camera. Upon looking over the 2012, I was very impressed but needed to "sleep on" the significant price difference as well as the many positive components of the 2012. During our course of bargaining on Friday & Saturday afternoon, a price I could handle was agreed on & the 2012 is now mine!!! Yvonne & her manager (Mary) were able to arrange for all purchase paperwork to be completed on Saturday so that I could take it home! To accomplishe this, Yvonne followed me home in the Odyssey well after normal business hours while I drove my 2005 Accord, also purchased at Superior/financed by Honda. On the following Monday, Yvonne sent me an email w/ web link to: the Honda Mobility Assist (HMA) program as she was aware I needed to have a motorized scooter lift installed in the Odyssey. This program, which I'd been unaware of, will help me pay up the $1000.00 toward the scooter lift!!!! More

We needed a car quickly and Superior Honda worked with us to locate a certified Honda with the specs we required. We felt they were fair on price and went beyond to make sure the car met our specifications, to locate a certified Honda with the specs we required. We felt they were fair on price and went beyond to make sure the car met our specifications, including agreeing to paiint both bumpers due to scratches/dents. We also left the dealership with a full tank and two clean cars (they also cleaned our 2012 CRV). More
My wife and I needed a car and ended up at Superior Honda because of their excellent selection of certified used cars. We were also closing on a house so it was difficult for us to make the time to get to t because of their excellent selection of certified used cars. Yvonne Coyle was very understanding of our time contraints and kept in touch with us over a few weeks letting us know what was coming and going off the lot. When we were finally ready to purchse she was there to make the process quick and easy and at a very fair price. My wife is thrilled with her 2010 Pilot. I came into this dealership with the intent to purchase a vehicle. I was all prepared for what I thought was going to be a stressful encounter. She also went over the features again while I test drove the car and again after I purchased the vehicle to make sure I knew how to operate the special features on the car. What was surely going to be a stressful situation turned into one of the easiest transaction. I love my new car and am very pleased with my purchase. I have suggested Ms. Forte to several of my friends who are in the market for a new vehicle. More
