I have given the rating that I have because of the level of service that I received from my salesperson and the dealership. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Superior Honda and Steve K of service that I received from my salesperson and the dealership. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Superior Honda and Steve Kaplan in the past 3 years. Steve is an asset to your dealership. His knowledge of the Honda product, along with his friendly attitude has kept myself and my family members coming back to purchase vehicles from him. Our experience both before and after the sale has been nothing but professional, and he makes us feel like we are one of the family. I have referred many friends to your dealership and Steve over the years, and they all have been extremely happy with Steve and the dealership. More
Steve did a great job of making me feel comfortable searching for, finding, and purchasing a new car. We showed up around 4 PM on a Saturday and Steve and the crew stayed with us until almost 10 PM mak searching for, finding, and purchasing a new car. We showed up around 4 PM on a Saturday and Steve and the crew stayed with us until almost 10 PM making sure we got the deal done and the car home with us that night. Other dealerships purposely directed me to cars out of my budget or obviously neglected details when asked, but Steve was open and honest, and had us laughing the entire time we test drove. I will definitely be returning and recommending Steve and the gang in the future. More

I called Superior Honda for quotes on a 2-year lease, and was fortunate to be put in touch with Steve Kaplan. I called on a Monday, because I was moving to Cincinnati from Hawaii on Friday, and needed a new was fortunate to be put in touch with Steve Kaplan. I called on a Monday, because I was moving to Cincinnati from Hawaii on Friday, and needed a new car to drive back to my new place. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I felt at ease with Steve and trusted that he had my interests as a consumer in mind. He truly went above and beyond the call of service, even picking me up from the airport to take me straight to the dealership. I love my new Civic, and am so glad that I called Superior Honda and got connected to Steve. I needed a car very quickly; Steve worked with me and, as I said, truly went above and beyond to make it happen and make sure that I got all my needs met. More
It is always a pleasure to go into Superior Honda whether for service or to discuss Hondas with Steve and Rick. They are both wonderful! Last Saturday when I leased my new Honda, Steve and Rick were the friendly, informative, thorough and considerate associates I've come to look forward to seeing at Superior, and the best associates I think anybody will ever enounter in any sales environment. They make the process of deciding about a new vehicle and then going through the process of wrapping up the details not only bearable, but fun. I recommend Superior Honda when talking about my Hondas, and I encourage people to go in and talk with Steve and Rick. More

I had been to another Honda dealer where they were friendly, but I just felt more welcomed and treated as an individual at Superior and especially with Liz. She was very knowledgable but not pushy, m friendly, but I just felt more welcomed and treated as an individual at Superior and especially with Liz. She was very knowledgable but not pushy, making her very approachable about questions or concerns. She was very thorough in explaining everything about the car and touched base many times to make sure I was satisfied with my new purchase. My mom also went with me and was very at ease through the whole process, which is very uncharacteristic of her. It was definitely Liz's personality that made her much more comfortable participating in the buying process with me. I would definitely recommend this dealer (and in fact switched my service to them) and would highly recommend Liz Forte More
Found a car that hit my search requirements online late Friday night, submitted a request for an e-price quote and indicated I would like to test drive it some time Saturday. I woke up to an email from Ja Friday night, submitted a request for an e-price quote and indicated I would like to test drive it some time Saturday. I woke up to an email from Jami (the internet sales contact person) the following morning and a call shortly after to discuss my needs and to help me schedule a test drive at my convenience. I just happened to be having maintenance on my other vehicle at another Superior dealership about 2 minutes away (Superior Kia) and Jami and Gerald worked out getting me from one dealership to the other and then provided me time and fuel to test drive the car I ended up purchasing while the other vehicle was still in the shop! Great experience, and excellent facilities. The hot chocolate from their coffee machine was AMAZING! :) Pleasure working with everyone there at both Superior Honda and Superior Kia - this is our second great experience from the Superior family and we hope it isn't our last. More
I began my search for a car at Truecar.com. I was overwhelmed by the numerous emails I received from four dealers. After I had the lowest price, I contacted my local Honda dealer where I had purchase overwhelmed by the numerous emails I received from four dealers. After I had the lowest price, I contacted my local Honda dealer where I had purchased a 2005 Odyssey and a 2005 Accord. That dealer steered me towards purchasing a demo in a color that wasn’t my first preference. Nikki at Superior listened to all of my concerns and was able to locate the color I wanted as well as able to meet with me on short notice. Upon taking delivery I noticed a few blemishes on the hood. Nikki was quick to find a service tech to try and resolve the problem. When they were unable to resolve the problem she quickly found her manager and they set me up with a time to take it to the body shop to resolve the blemishes. Three days later I was back at the dealership where they had a loaner car all set up for me and fixed my hood the same day. I am more than impressed with the service I have received from everyone at Superior and would certainly recommend Nikki to any of my friends, family or neighbors. More
