I had my first experience with Superior Honda in the Spring of 2011. We were looking for a new car for my daughter and Steve was so much help. When we had made our selection Steve did his best to get us the very best deal he possibly could. Steve's friendly attitude and knowledgeable made us very confident about our purchase with Superior Honda. Last month I was in the market for a car for myself. Steve at Superior Honda was the first person to come to my mind. I stopped by and Steve hit it out of the park once again. I was on my way with my new car in no time. I can not say enough good things about Steve Kaplan and will be back for more business. P.S. I got 44.2 MPG on my last trip with the FIT. More
Greg was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process of buying our new van. I have dealt with Superior Honda since they came into being. This is the second Pilot I have purchased from Superior since 2005. This is the first time I have worked with Steve Kaplan and it has been a being. This is the second Pilot I have purchased from Superior since 2005. I bought a new Honda Pilot from Superior Honda in 2013. Overall, the employees (I talked with Steve, Rick, and Ray) were easy to work with. Going to buy a used car at Superior Honda was done with such ease. Superior had a nice selection of used Accords with just what we were looking for. STEVE KAPLAN gave me SUPERIOR SERVICE from the initial phone contact thru Post Sale. Steve was busy when the 1st phone call was made, took my # stating he'd call back in 1 hr, which he did, & was waiting phone contact thru Post Sale. The Welcome by both the Recepionist & Steve was warm made me feel comfortable. Throughout the whole experience, Steve put me at ease, was Sincere, Professional, Honest, Trust Worthy, Respectful, Very Understanding, No Pressure. I knew he was interested in the best for me. When he was aware the car color of my choice was not on the lot, he checked & advised me of the time re. back order and offered to show me an alternate color that would possibly interest me. He kept me updated in a timely fashion of each step along the way, especially when it took longer then he anticipated. I felt he treated me "as he would treat his own loved ones". I was/am so Grateful that Barry Rubenstein of STAR MOTOR refered me to him. RAY LUTTRELL, Steve's Manager continued the SUPERIOR SERVICE of Welcoming, Comfortable, Professional, Respectful, Honest, Sharing a bit about himself, Very Understanding as well as Accommodating regarding the availability of funds. I felt his concern for what would be "Best for me" regarding an extended Warranty without pressure. I greatly & deeply appreciated his care, understanding, discount offers lowering my cost to more managability. I Definitely Experienced the GOLDEN RULE in Action!
