Our Santa Fe is awesome and Marc Morton knew this was the PERFECT vehicle for us when we were not sure exactly what we were looking for. I was at this dealership looking at a specific vehicle. One of the new sales women came out to the lot and greeted me on this particular Wednesday. I told her I was looking around but do have a specific Ho One of the new sales women came out to the lot and greeted me on this particular Wednesday. I told her I was looking around but do have a specific Honda model in mind. After telling her what I was looking for, we went inside to talk more. Now granted, it's their duty to try to sell on the spot. I said no, but will think about it over the weekend and will contact them with my offer on what I think was fair. She said no problem! That weekend they contacted me and we were to meet on the weekend to iron out a possible deal. Well, they liked my offer and the deal was sealed. The following Monday Liz was present along with the sales women to greet me to get the car sale going. First, both Liz and the sales lady were highly professional and upfront with the details about the sale. My surprise was that there was no pressure I felt to go beyond what I wanted in a vehicle. All my expectations were met and what I wanted. Liz did a terrific job as well as Desiree (the sales lady) that teamed together with the sale of the vehicle. Both were patient and friendly. Before I left, both took time to help me get acquainted with the vehicle's electronics. Overall, I recommend Liz and/or Desiree to talk to if you ever needed to buy a car from this dealership. More
We were shopping online for pre-owned Odysseys and found a 2006 LX listed below 10k. When we called and asked about it, Hank Osborn gave complete info without concern of a sale being made. When we drove to the dealership,Hank welcomed us like good friends. He pulled the van around and answered every possible question honestly without bias. After a test drive we poked around the van more and decided to buy. Here it is, Sunday 4:00 pm and he stayed on after close to be sure all the relevant paperwork cleared. The entire team ensured we were 110% satisfied before we pulled away with our new vehicle. We knew we were looking to purchase a new car and had narrowed our choice to between a Honda CRV and a Toyota RAV4. We went in and talked to Robert and he was extremely considerate of our time and the fact that we weren't ready to purchase just yet. He gave us a great introduction to the CRV and took us on a test drive without any hype or sales pressure. We stayed in touch for about a month and when we were ready to purchase, it was a natural fit to go back and talk to Robert. As it turned out, he had located a very gently used (11,300 mile) 2012 model that was the perfect trim level and color and we ended up purchasing that car from him. I truly appreciated Robert's attitude and sales style... professional, friendly, and low pressure. Everything we could have wanted. Thank You, Robert More
I had the unfortunate experience of my last car dying rather suddenly after ten years. I am a very pragmatic person and try to plan for everything. With my work requiring me to travel quite a bit it was imperative that I purchase a new car without hesitation. This is no easy task for someone like me. I often plan and shop for months for a purchase of this magnitude. I had several days. Liz was beyond helpful, as were the rest of the Superior Honda staff. I spoke with her on the phone before ever making the trek from Northern Kentucky to Cincinnati. We went over my needs, budget, likes, and any other tidbits that would be necessary. She met with me first thing in the morning that following Saturday (we spoke on Thursday), and had already done quite a bit of leg work. She was patient with me as I made my decision. She had literally looked over every scenario possible that would fit what I wanted and could afford. I literally could not have asked for a better experience with purchasing a car. I have already recommended her specifically to three other individuals who I know are planning to purchase cars in the near future. More

As a first time car buyer I have been looking around for quite awhile. I have had several salespeople at other dealerships try to bully, for lack of a better term, into making a purchase. Steve Kaplan took the time to help find a vehicle I liked, not one that he wanted me to buy. Steve Roderick, the Used Car Manager, was helpful in explaining the price and working out a deal that we both were happy with. And the Rick Friedman, the Finance Manager, took his time and explained my financing options and what they entailed. There was no high pressure situations. Everyone was awesome in the way they took the time to explain everything without being condescinding. That is something else negative I had experienced but not here. This dealership and their staff have earned a loyal customer and when its time to purchase again I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Steve, Steve and Rick More
