I dealt with Jami Smith after seeing a used 2012 Honda Accord on line. He was friendly and did not push anything on me. I had an idea what I wanted and the car was it. Getting a new car for the first time isn't an easy thing to accomplish, especially when your a 22 year old undergrad without parents to co-sign. I called about 7 dealerships to find a new car within m thing to accomplish, especially when your a 22 year old undergrad without parents to co-sign. I called about 7 dealerships to find a new car within my budget and most dealerships wouldn't even take me seriously. But, when I called in to the Superior Honda dealership I was greeted with an appropriate amount of respect and empathy. I met Nikki first and she did everything she could to assist me and unfortunately we couldn't schedule a good time to meet. However, I came in on a sunday and talked with Mike and I told him car I was looking out for and before I could ask he got the keys and we were in the car doing a test drive. I loved that car so we scheduled a meeting the next day to sign some papers. I just couldn't wait, so I road my bike in a few hours early to see if I could get a head start and Eric the internet sales rep. connected me with Frank a Financial Adviser, I believe and we began filling out papers. In about three hours I signed all the financial documents with Frank and general paperwork with Mike and I was done. To wrap it all up and put it in a bow I came in to Superior Honda with a small mountain bike and left with a smile and very affordable vehicle to last me at least 5 years or more. I am a very happy camper now and any chance I get I will be telling my friends and family about you guys, starting with my GF. Thanks Superior Honda! CO More
Had a horrible experience with this dealership, first I put money down to hold this car and scheduled to pick the car up a week later. When we arrived to pick the car up nobody seemed to know anything abou put money down to hold this car and scheduled to pick the car up a week later. When we arrived to pick the car up nobody seemed to know anything about why we were even there. Then we come to find out even after having a week to get this car ready its dirty. The inside dirty and the outside. To top it off the car wouldnt start when they went to move it. it was the battery which is minor and happens but then I come to realize after I have the car for a week it wouldnt start. So pop the hood and come to find out the wrong battery was installed.The fitment wasnt even close to the original and was causing the battery cable to come off. For my troubles I was given five gallons of gas. Wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. More

We bought a car from this dealership 7 years ago and have been very happy with our CRV. We remembered how friendly and attentive our sales person Robert Starks was and how even after the deal was closed we r been very happy with our CRV. We remembered how friendly and attentive our sales person Robert Starks was and how even after the deal was closed we received phone calls from him to make sure that things were good. He would also would send us thoughtful cards throughout the years. When we needed a new car we called up Robert and made an appointment to look at some cars. Right away he recognized us and even though he was dealing with another customer he greeted us and told us to make ourselves comfortable in the lounge and he would be right with us. We pretty much had our hearts set on another CRV so he took us for a test drive and answered the many questions we had. When we decided what we wanted the color I wanted wasn't in stock. I was going to pick another color but Robert said don't settle we can get the color you want, I'm glad I didn't I love my "Mountain air " CRV! I would highly recommend this dealership and the sales person Robert Starks who will take great care of you. Thank you, Lawrence and Katrina More
I was my first experience with a Honda dealer. I liked very much working with Gigi. She was patient and courtious. If I asked a question, and she didn't know the answer, she went to find the true answe very much working with Gigi. She was patient and courtious. I would definitely go to her first when looking for my next vehicle. I did have a trade-in also as part of the deal. I didn't get in the range of what I was expecting for my vehicle. It was well kept, and in great condition, not high mileage. But, I wasn't low balled like other dealers do also. Steve, the manager, was good to work with also. He seemed to be very "up front" when we talked. Overall. it was a very good experience at this dealership. Of course, I would have liked to get a little more for my vehicle and paid a little less on the purchased vehicle. But, I am satisfied with all, so far. The big test will be the future performance and integrity of the vehicle, and the performance of the service staff. I look forward to enjoying my 2011 Honda Ridgeline. Thank you . Rich Koopman More

Then we meet the Sales Manager and she mentioned the price for the car, but we wanted to think about it over night. The next day we called them and they had the car ready when we got their. Gizem explained more things about the car. I was very comfortable about driving the car home. When we were waiting to talk to the different people at the dealership. Many people offered us any type of drink we would like. We were very pleased with the whole experience. More
