I have a quick and painless process with this purchase. The online sales team is fantastic - friendly, helpful, responsive, and personable. There was no pressure when I got there to test drive cars. These people treat customers with respect and dignity. For that reason mainly, we drove 2 hours to them to purchase our car. I would definitely do it again. The finance department we worked with was also helpful and didn't put a lot of pressure on us. After doing lots of research and contacting 5-6 different dealers, we chose to do business with Superior Honda because they just seemed like people you'd want to succeed. I'd highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a Honda within the Cincinnati area. More
I went on to the consumer reports website to evaluate cars. I did not realize that when I hit the "price the car" button it sent my information to 13 dealerships! It was crazy. Everyone has a different style and approach, especially on the phone. Nikki connected with me right away. She asked great questions, got answers to my questions quickly and emailed me to put everything in writing. After I selected the car and color I wanted it was determined the car was not available locally and might not be available. Nikki and her manager stayed on it and were able to find the exact car I wanted. My experience exceeded expections. I strongly recommend checking with Superior Honda before you make a final decision. No cheap sales tricks, no last minute add-ons or switches, just a friendly and expedited process with great follow-up. In an age where other dealerships seem to offer ever-decreasing customer service, I can't recommend this place more. More

Whether you're a gear head and you want to know about the engine (not me), or a techy and you want to know about the bells and whistles (more my style), Steve has studied the features of each car and can eloquently explain how they work and WHY they are there. He's not pushy and the finance department makes every effort to meet you in the middle. No sleazy car salespeople here. Yes, it's true, there are actually normal people working at this dealership. My husband Purchased his new 2013 Accord Coupe from Hank Osborn and I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and genuine Hank was. Even with turning in a lease and trading in his 2010 Honda Accord Coupe the whole transaction went so smooth. I had no intention of purchasing a car at that time because I really loved my 2011 KIA Optima and had not even considered trading it in. After Hank shared his enthusiasm and knowledge of the Honda Accord my husband purchased I started thinking about trading up to a Honda. I couldn't stop telling my husband, "I can't believe how organized and smooth this has been!" I then mentioned to my husband that when I trade in my car next year that I am coming back to Superior Honda to see Hank. Little did I know that right after telling my husband that, I fell in love with a black Honda Accord Coupe in the showroom on the second floor, where we went to sign the papers for my husband's car. I told Hank "I want the Batmobile! What can you do to make it happen?" He laughed and asked, "The Batmobile?" I said "Yes! The Black Accord Coupe with the black chrome wheels!" Hank took my cell number down and said he would check into it for me and give me a call. Sure enough Hank called and said "Guess what I'm standing here in front of?" I said "The Batmobile?!" Hank gave me the numbers and we went in to see him to work out the details with my trade in. After Hank and Rick both going the extra mile to make the numbers fit into our budget, Hank came in on his day off to complete the delivery of the Batmobile! I have already shared my experience with friends and family about having such top-notch service..."Superior" service!!! More

Hank Osborn, my salesman, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and about the sales and leasing options available to me. I almost chose not to purchase the vehicle based on what I thought was a lack of power, after driving test driving the vehicle at a different dealer. That perception of a lack of power left a hollow feeling within me because everything else about the vehicle was perfect. Then Hank made a revelation: I must have driven the vehicle with the Econ Button on. We turned the Econ Button off, test drove the car, and the level of satisfaction I needed to feel was right there. A simple misperception as that almost was a deal breaker. Hank was able to immediately recognize my disappointment as a misperception, and successfully corrected the situation. I have never felt so right about a car purchase as I did in this case. And the financial deal offered by Superior Honda was, well, "SUPERIOR". More
