We bought a car from this dealership 7 years ago and have been very happy with our CRV. We remembered how friendly and attentive our sales person Robert Starks was and how even after the deal was closed we r been very happy with our CRV. We remembered how friendly and attentive our sales person Robert Starks was and how even after the deal was closed we received phone calls from him to make sure that things were good. He would also would send us thoughtful cards throughout the years. When we needed a new car we called up Robert and made an appointment to look at some cars. Right away he recognized us and even though he was dealing with another customer he greeted us and told us to make ourselves comfortable in the lounge and he would be right with us. We pretty much had our hearts set on another CRV so he took us for a test drive and answered the many questions we had. When we decided what we wanted the color I wanted wasn't in stock. I was going to pick another color but Robert said don't settle we can get the color you want, I'm glad I didn't I love my "Mountain air " CRV! I was my first experience with a Honda dealer. I liked very much working with Gigi. She was patient and courtious. If I asked a question, and she didn't know the answer, she went to find the true answe very much working with Gigi. She was patient and courtious. If I asked a question, and she didn't know the answer, she went to find the true answer. I didn't feel like I was being led on at any time like I have experienced with other dealerships. I would definitely go to her first when looking for my next vehicle. I did have a trade-in also as part of the deal. I didn't get in the range of what I was expecting for my vehicle. It was well kept, and in great condition, not high mileage. But, I wasn't low balled like other dealers do also. Steve, the manager, was good to work with also. He seemed to be very "up front" when we talked. Overall. it was a very good experience at this dealership. Of course, I would have liked to get a little more for my vehicle and paid a little less on the purchased vehicle. But, I am satisfied with all, so far. The big test will be the future performance and integrity of the vehicle, and the performance of the service staff. I look forward to enjoying my 2011 Honda Ridgeline. Thank you . Rich Koopman More

My husband and I had a great experience in purchasing our Honda Odyssey. The sales person Liz Forte was kind, friendly and patient as we made our decision. Spending that much money was not something we take Honda Odyssey. The sales person Liz Forte was kind, friendly and patient as we made our decision. Then we meet the Sales Manager and she mentioned the price for the car, but we wanted to think about it over night. The next day we called them and they had the car ready when we got their. Gizem explained more things about the car. I was very comfortable about driving the car home. When we were waiting to talk to the different people at the dealership. Our Santa Fe is awesome and Marc Morton knew this was the PERFECT vehicle for us when we were not sure exactly what we were looking for. I was at this dealership looking at a specific vehicle. One of the new sales women came out to the lot and greeted me on this particular Wednesday. I told her I was looking around but do have a specific Ho One of the new sales women came out to the lot and greeted me on this particular Wednesday. I told her I was looking around but do have a specific Honda model in mind. After telling her what I was looking for, we went inside to talk more. Now granted, it's their duty to try to sell on the spot. I said no, but will think about it over the weekend and will contact them with my offer on what I think was fair. She said no problem! That weekend they contacted me and we were to meet on the weekend to iron out a possible deal. Well, they liked my offer and the deal was sealed. The following Monday Liz was present along with the sales women to greet me to get the car sale going. First, both Liz and the sales lady were highly professional and upfront with the details about the sale. My surprise was that there was no pressure I felt to go beyond what I wanted in a vehicle. All my expectations were met and what I wanted. Liz did a terrific job as well as Desiree (the sales lady) that teamed together with the sale of the vehicle. Both were patient and friendly. Before I left, both took time to help me get acquainted with the vehicle's electronics. Overall, I recommend Liz and/or Desiree to talk to if you ever needed to buy a car from this dealership. More
