I had frankly dreaded having to shop for another car, because at other dealerships I've had to be constantly on my guard to fend off pressure to buy and to keep people from sidestepping my questions. My experience with Liz Forte couldn't have been more different. At SuperIor Honda felt I was treated fairly and with respect, and no one tried to talk me into going over my stated price range or to rush me into buying. Liz was completely up front with me, and very friendly and professional. She encouraged me to take all the time I thought necessary during the test drive, and I was impressed that the test drive route itself was planned so that I could see how the car handled in a variety of situations - highway driving, curves, steep hills, etc. Liz really went out of her way to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible, even driving me home and back so I could pick up my checkbook. She encouraged questions and went over the whole process with me so I wouldn't have any surprises. Rick Friedman (I'm pretty sure that was his name - sorry if I'm off) who worked with me on the paperwork, also made the process as painless as possible. If there is anything that turns me off, it is being rushed through paperwork. Again, this couldn't have been more different from my experience with other dealers. He was very patient and thorough with all my questions and made sure I perfectly understood the purpose of every document. He was also very pleasant to work with. I was very happy with my overall experience at Superior Honda and would warmly recommend them. More

From start to finish, we were treated in a friendly, respectful manner with no pressure. Robert is able to answer whatever questions I have and if he does not know the answer he makes sure to get the answer to me in a reasonable amount of time. Robert is great at building relationships with his customers. That characteristic is apparent to me by the way he interacts with his previous clients. Robert always makes me feel comfortable with the decisions I make with my vehicles and I never feel pressured or taken advantage of. All of the staff (sales and service) at Superior Honda have always been friendly and willing to assist in whatever capacity needed. More
I dealt with Jami Smith after seeing a used 2012 Honda Accord on line. He was friendly and did not push anything on me. I had an idea what I wanted and the car was it. Getting a new car for the first time isn't an easy thing to accomplish, especially when your a 22 year old undergrad without parents to co-sign. I called about 7 dealerships to find a new car within m thing to accomplish, especially when your a 22 year old undergrad without parents to co-sign. I called about 7 dealerships to find a new car within my budget and most dealerships wouldn't even take me seriously. But, when I called in to the Superior Honda dealership I was greeted with an appropriate amount of respect and empathy. I met Nikki first and she did everything she could to assist me and unfortunately we couldn't schedule a good time to meet. However, I came in on a sunday and talked with Mike and I told him car I was looking out for and before I could ask he got the keys and we were in the car doing a test drive. I loved that car so we scheduled a meeting the next day to sign some papers. I just couldn't wait, so I road my bike in a few hours early to see if I could get a head start and Eric the internet sales rep. connected me with Frank a Financial Adviser, I believe and we began filling out papers. In about three hours I signed all the financial documents with Frank and general paperwork with Mike and I was done. To wrap it all up and put it in a bow I came in to Superior Honda with a small mountain bike and left with a smile and very affordable vehicle to last me at least 5 years or more. I am a very happy camper now and any chance I get I will be telling my friends and family about you guys, starting with my GF. Thanks Superior Honda! CO More
Had a horrible experience with this dealership, first I put money down to hold this car and scheduled to pick the car up a week later. When we arrived to pick the car up nobody seemed to know anything about why we were even there. Then we come to find out even after having a week to get this car ready its dirty. The inside dirty and the outside. To top it off the car wouldnt start when they went to move it. it was the battery which is minor and happens but then I come to realize after I have the car for a week it wouldnt start. So pop the hood and come to find out the wrong battery was installed.The fitment wasnt even close to the original and was causing the battery cable to come off. For my troubles I was given five gallons of gas. Wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. More
