And she taught me what I needed to know about the car, led me with her GPS to turn in my rental in Newport, got the battery question solved satisfactorily, drove me home to get a check. stayed with me with encouragement through the whole/entire/lengthy process of buying a car. Only time she left me was when I was getting all the paperwork done with Cincy. I especially appreciated that she did not PUSH a sale, nor did she push for a more expensive car. She read me right and treated me right. More
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I couldn't get the wireless headphones in our Honda Odyssey to work and our family was getting ready for a 16 hour car ride to Florida. I called Supe I couldn't get the wireless headphones in our Honda Odyssey to work and our family was getting ready for a 16 hour car ride to Florida. I called Superior Honda for help. They invited me to drive my car over so that they could look at the headphones in person. Mac and Steve both hopped in my minivan (with our kids!) and taught me how to use the wireless system. They tested each set of headphones and helped my kids learn how to use them as well. They were professional, kind, and patient with me--just a busy mom in need of some help. I am so impressed with their service today!! Thank you Mac and Steve! More

I compared several price . quotes/offers and had read what was available on the internet. I am 68 years old - so I have . purchased 'several' new cars previously. I was not looking forward to all of the 'hassle', . ' ? negotiating?) a FAIR price - for me,the dealership,and the salesperson. One salesperson/ . dealership after 1 1/2 hours of negotiating would not provide me with their price quote/offer. . I was totally honest and professional. Did they believe that I would hand them a blank check . and let them 'fill in' whatever $$$ amount that they chose? HA. I believe that I may have surprised . them when I said 'good bye' and left - just like that. No jerking me around like a puppet. . . We went directly to Superior Honda and our HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL sales person . CHRIS OLIGEE He treated us with respect and honesty. . . I purchased my trade-in - a 2002 Honda Accord Special - from Superior Honda,Spring Grove . Avenue. This fine dealership has been in business for MANY years, ( no 'new comer' ), . they do it right. They even transferred our license plate holder from the old car to the new one. I can't give them a more solid/ringing endorsement than my repeat business, which I assure you, I shall do. It's highly likely I will even begin taking our other car (Civic) there for service, even though I bought it at Honda East (Superior is closer to our house). I would not say that all my car buying experiences have left me believing that they live up to the moniker, or the hype; but in this experience, they did it. More

Great Purchasing Experience, Terrible Service / Warranty Exp Last summer we purchased a new CRV from Superior Honda, everything was handled by Jam and I was very happy with the pricing and purchase process, no s Last summer we purchased a new CRV from Superior Honda, everything was handled by Jam and I was very happy with the pricing and purchase process, no surprises, very professional, completely first rate experience. My wife took our 2013 Honda CR-V in for a what we thought would of been a warranted repair yesterday. The vehicle is less than a year old and has under 10,000 miles on it. My wife noticed a few weeks ago that the rear back-up camera feature was out of sync with where it should of been focusing. As a result we called the dealership and scheduled a service visit. Yesterday afternoon I got a message from my wife that the service adviser explained that since he thought that the issue was a result of our negligence (washing the vehicle) which we honestly are not sure how it was broken, my wife said that was all she could think of as to how it happened, that it was not to be covered by the warranty, the repair was to run $350 ($250 part, $100 labor). To say that we are incredibly disappointed is an understatement. We had originally gone to your dealership based upon several family member's recommendations, we will let them and others know of this experience. I and the family will obviously not be purchasing nor have anything serviced at your dealership ever in the future as a result. Update 4/7/14 I spoke to the Service Manager by phone today regarding the above situation, Robert. The conversation was professional and Robert said he was there the day my wife had the car in. I just spoke to my wife and her version of what was described versus what Robert told me was said last week when she was in the Service Dept. are quite different. I was not there but I will trust what my wife said to be accurate; that the camera was broken, we were unsure how it happened, only wild guess was during a hand wash (which I myself do, and no I would of noticed breaking it). As I stated to Robert having been in Sales / Service for decades myself that I am well aware that the Customer is Not always right, I'm also aware that some Customers are overly demanding and are sometimes not worth the effort since nothing will make them happy. We are not in that category. This was our first visit for any type of repair / warranty work, we were told the issue was not covered. Boy am I glad I did not purchase the $1000 extended warranty after this experience. Robert offered to call Honda to see if they would "Goodwill" the part, where was that offer last week when we carved out a few hours to take the car there to have it repaired? Obviously our situation did not seem to warrant the call then, now that we've posted up our experience on the internet they are going to put forth some effort? At the end of the day I spent a couple of hours working on my 10 month old / still under "warranty" Honda CRV and fixed the rear camera issue (the clip that Honda used to secure it into the rear hatch is VERY flimsy, I'm guessing they've had many other issues such as this) myself with $5.00 worth of JB Weld, it is now mounted much more securely than when it left the factory. Well, that's been our experience with Superior Honda's Service Department. I honestly hope you have better luck, we will be going elsewhere in the future. More
I have been in the market for a used Honda and did a lot of research online. I sent internet inquiries to a few dealerships, and Jami Smith at Superior was the only salesman from the only dealership to cont of research online. We set an appointment to evaluate my trade and show me the cars I had seen online. He really listened to me and heard what I said regarding my lifestyle and driving habits, and what I wanted from a car. He offered me a fair price on my trade, and made me a great deal on my "new-to-me" Honda Accord. I arrived at the dealership after work on a weekday, and Jami stayed until I finished the paperwork with Rick from Finance. I picked up my Accord the next day on my lunch break. It was ready for me when I got there, and looked brand new! My entire experience was hassle-free and easy, and Jami made it fun! He was delightful to work with from start to finish. I recommend him to all of my friends, whether they need a car right now or not. Keep Jami in mind when you go car shopping. He will do the right thing for you too! More
