GREAT SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM In my 30 years of buying new cars for my wife and myself Steve Kaplan at Superior Honda was the best! I flew in to see my college senior daughter an In my 30 years of buying new cars for my wife and myself Steve Kaplan at Superior Honda was the best! I flew in to see my college senior daughter and I decided that since I was in town let's look at getting her a new vehicle (I was only in Ohio for 2 days). We were greated at the door by Steve Kaplan and immediately you could tell his sincerity and professionalism. When I told him our situation of me being in town only for 2 days and this will be my daughters first experiance of dealing with leasing a new car Steve went above and beyond in asking my daughter her thoughts and explaining details to her. When it came to the test drive most dealerships make it quick and not very informative. Steve had my daughter drive some back roads with inclines and curves to get the feel of the car, not just the simple drive around the block. When it was done my 21 year old daughter felt confident that this car handles well and her view of the road and ergomonics were above average. After that we decided to upgrade the model, Steve brought one up front from the back lot and it was time to finalize the deal which included turning in a car early on lease. We told him what Megans budget was when she graduates per month for the car and what she owed on her current vehicle the the deal was done. Upon delivery I was already back in Florida and Steve actually followed my daughter to the lease drop off location and on the way back programed her vehicle (bluetooth and other settings) for her convienence and safety. A dad doesn't want their daughter having to hold or dial a cellphone while driving. This was a relief. Overall it was a seamless transaction and we met some truely professional down to earth car people. By the way my daughter had just moved to Cincinnati 2 weeks earlier for her student teaching position and didn't know a sole or the town. They took care of finding the drop spot for her existing car and gave her excellent directions (a better way) to get from her apartment to the dealership. Great Job Steve!!! More
