She gave me the best deal possible, I believe. I would highly recommend having Liz as your salesperson if you are shopping for a Honda. They had the car and paperwork ready to go the morning I came back to finalize things and I was out the door in no time. I finally said....."I do"!! I remember a sales person I had at a dealership years ago: "Jennifer-buying a used car is a lot like dating......you spend time with it for a while, try it out, but you don't have to marry it". Gees, that was depressing! Car Dealerships became a dreaded experience. A year and a half ago, I came in and met with Steve Kaplan. I also met Rick Friedman-their, Business Manager. I had to get some things in order and save up a down payment to make things work out according to my budget/needs. When I was ready, I came back to Superior Honda and asked for Steve, by name. It had been a year and a half and he actually remembered me and my car needs. He was a pleasure to be around and just a genuine guy. I felt I could trust him immediately. I worked with Rick Friedman, Business Manager, in the Finance department and he remembered me as well. He was very informative and was easy to work with as well. He didn't even get mad at me when I signed on the wrong line and he had to re-do the paperwork! I can't thank Steve and Rick enough. Thank you so very much!! I love my car, it's truly a dream come true. I have decided to say, "I do"......no....not to my car... butttttt to MY Superior Honda Dealership!!!!! More

Not only was this our first time buying a My wife and I just moved here from NJ. We decided to finance a new (2015) "crimson pearl" Honda Civic LX. Not only was this our first time buying a car, but it was also complicated by my having done the ding-batty thing of leaving my checkbook behind in NJ (and, to make matters worse, my bank didn't have any local branch in the vicinity). Nevertheless, thanks to the knowledge, patience, perseverance, and all-round awesomeness of our sales rep Alex Paunescu and business managers Rick Friedman and Ray, everything got sorted out. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our experience in buying our first car was painless and enjoyable. We were able to buy with confidence and without regrets. My wife and I are both happy to rate their service as excellent (10 out of 10!). More
Poor quality of work and rude customer service Brought in my 2005 Odyssey yesterday for a recall on the driver airbag. Made an appointment and dropped it off at 7AM -- first customer there. Asked how long it would take and was told just a couple hours and they asked when I wanted to pick it up. I said, no hurry, I'd get it after work. Showed up at 5:00 PM and waited for 10 minutes while two folks behind desks in the service area said it would be handled by Megan, who was paged and re-paged before she came. Not sure why they couldn't help me. There was another customer waiting behind me for Megan. I watch her in the garage area socializing with other workers. After waiting 5-10 more minutes while she tries to figure out where my car is, she comes back to tell me that they're working on it and it will be another hour. She was snarky and said that I didn't give her an exact pickup time. It's 5:25 and my wife has been waiting all this time and I can't wait another hour so I say I'll be back tomorrow. Show up at 4:00 PM today and Megan again says they'll bring car out. I go out and wait for 10 minutes. I go back in and ask where the car is, getting frustrated, and she says she'll find someone to bring my car. Wait five more minutes and the car shows up but the guy says not to shut it off as it probably won't start as the battery is weak. Somehow it's been working fine all this time, has a newer batter, until it spends a day in their shop. If they discharged it while working on it (battery was clearly disconnected as all the radio pre-sets were wiped out) wouldn't re-charging it be a normal next step. Asked to speak to the service manager and he didn't seem interested even though they left my car in worse shape then when I brought it in. I hope it starts in the morning. I will never return and don't recommend that anyone else does, at least for service. No idea how the sales side is. I guess the upside is that it was a recall so at least I didn't have to pay for their incompetence and rudeness. More
