However, all employees were courteous, attentive, and responded to our every inquiry. Steve was very patient with us, was personable, and answered all our questions, and concerns. Our purchase went up to closing time, but Steve and Rick never acted rushed, or in a hurry, even though it was a Friday evening. We appreciate Steve allowing us to test drive different vehicles, and locating the right color scheme to suit our wishes. More

Enjoyable experience I went to the dealership at the suggestion of family members who bought or leased from this dealership. Steve Kaplan is the sales rep they suggested. I am a skeptical shopper, especially when someone is suggested. From the moment I contacted Steve I felt something was different from other dealership and sales reps I have dealt with. He took time to ask questions about family, life style and very importantly how I planned to use the vehicle. He didn't direct me to what he thought I should have or do. He is extremely patient. Has a sense of humor. He knows the Hondas. Test drives were drives, not a one around the block ride. I was able to get a real feel for the vehicle. We drove a few different models. Steve pointed out features and benefits. I am a patient shopper. Steve never seemed annoyed at my phone calls, spur of the moment visits or the many emails I sent. I will SUGGEST Steve Kaplan to my family and friends when they ask where to go and who to see. Steve is one of the few sales reps I truly felt comfortable dealing with. I had been in to have my vehicle services prior to my sales purchase and subsequently, went in as the lease on my 2013 Accord was expiring at the end of the month, I was looking for a replacement vehicle within similar make/model range and rate, and could not have been more satisfied with the accommodating services received here.
