Having lived in New York City for 10 years, I have no needed a car and needed lots of information to find the best fit for me now that I am back in Cincinnati. Steve was patient and very helpful during the sale. The first trip there, he was nice and never pressured a purchase, but helped to educate me on the car. I am now the proud owner of an HR-V. I could not be happier with the purchase and with the quality of service I experienced from Steve and Rick. If you need a Honda, this is the place to go! More

He works hard, he communicates well and responds quickly throughout the car buying/leasing process, he is friendly with a great sense of humor that puts customers at ease, and he is extremely knowledgeable about the cars that Superior Honda has available. He helped me choose the perfect car for me and my daughter, and I have now leased two Civics from Superior with Steve's help. Rick Friedman in the finance department also bears mention as he dutifully explained each and every form that I was required to sign in order to obtain my vehicle, and he never made me feel silly for asking questions. Buying or leasing a new car is a very personal experience -- we rely on our vehicles not only to get us from point A to point B, but also to keep our families safe on the road. Steve, Rick, and everyone that I have encountered at Superior Honda take this responsibility very seriously and ensure that each customer is satisfied with the vehicle that they choose. Superior Customer Service and Support! I recently took delivery of my Third Honda Accord from Superior Honda and I must say, I couldn't be Happier.... This Deal Could have, should have been I recently took delivery of my Third Honda Accord from Superior Honda and I must say, I couldn't be Happier.... This Deal Could have, should have been a disaster for me. I did not enter into this negotiation from a position of strength.... 2015 was probably the worst Business year I have experienced in over forty years in the Printing industry. Last Summer I was forced to surrender a $2,000,000.00 account that I had serviced for decades, to an extraordinarily aggressive Competitor...... To make matters even worse, my income was cut by nearly 60% as a consequence. It wasn't long before my Credit rating was negatively impacted. By the time I sat down with Steve Kaplan to explain my situation and come to terms, I was pretty convinced I was not going to fare well at all. As it turned out, I was completely wrong! In every aspect of the acquisition process I was treated with the utmost care and respect....Steve Kaplan (Sales) and Rick Friedman (Business Manager) succeeded in making me feel as though they were engaged in taking care of an old Friend. It really made an impact on me! As my Son and I drove away from the Dealership, I truly felt Special! I felt as though something really good happened to me. Horrible Service My stepmother and I went to this dealership as our first choice since we bought a Honda Civic there in 2004. The entire experience was cold from the b My stepmother and I went to this dealership as our first choice since we bought a Honda Civic there in 2004. The entire experience was cold from the beginning. It almost felt as if we were at a Lexus or BMW dealership and the staff didn't think we belonged there (mind you, we were there to buy a brand new car, cash in hand). We were in the market for a 2016 Civic Ex-T Coupe and the color I chose was Agean Blue. Steve Atherton mislead us and made it seem like finding that color was just a matter of waiting for another car of the same model to arrive which could then be traded between dealerships for my color choice. We put down a $1000 deposit and left. We were not permitted to take our price estimate with us. The next day I get a call from Steve telling me he's having a bit of trouble finding the color I wanted and that he would be calling dealerships in neighboring states to locate one. After a few days I spent 2 1/2 hours calling dealerships myself spanning Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Virginia to see if this car actually exists. I was told by MULTIPLE dealerships that the Agean Blue was extremely hard to find in the coupe models because that model in any color had only been released about a month prior. This was NEVER mentioned to me at Superior. I would have changed the color right then and had them looking for something else. I decided on black. After the cold experience and feeling misled we decided not to go with Superior. I called around local dealerships and found that Jeff Wyler Colerain had just received a black coupe that morning and I rushed to their location. I needed to call Superior to compare the quote to Wyler's and I was hung up on twice, put on hold over and over again and finally a sales manager picked up the phone, after an hour and a half of waiting and calling. He very angrily said to me "Wait a minute, you're at another dealership and looking at a different color? You PAID our dealership to find you this car in Agean Blue. I've had my guys working very hard for you to locate this car." I said "I did not pay you to find me a car. I put a down payment on an Agean Blue Honda Civic and I spent my own time calling around only to find out that the color almost doesn't exist at the moment because the demand is so high, before we move forward I just want to make sure our deposit is refundable. And yes, I'm at another dealership. I just want the quote. Who knows, I might come back to you after comparing." He put me on hold and hung up on me again. I finally got the quote and decided to go with Jeff Wyler for obvious reasons. I had to call multiple times about the deposit and got the run around for days. I finally just showed up to get the check. Steve let me sit there for 45 minutes without ever coming out of his office. I couldn't wait that long, I had to go to work. I told the girl at the front desk if the check wasn't there waiting for me two days later on Friday they would be hearing from our attorney. I get a call later from Steve saying that the check will be there. I get another phone call thirty minutes later saying it will be sent in the mail. I told him I didn't want it in the mail. I wanted it in person. "I'll have to talk to my sales manager." I get yet another call back, "Well my sales manager said that we have to wait 3-4 business days for the check to clear and then we'll send you a refund. This was one week and two days after we first went to Superior and put down the deposit. "I said, it seems to me then that you haven't cashed the check yet. I'd like to pick it up." I was put on hold and hung up on one final time. I ended up having to call Honda corporate to finally get the matter resolved, (that was a much more pleasant experience). The entire debacle was ridiculous. It was miserable from the get go and it was extremely poor business practice. I felt lied to and taken advantage of for the sake of a sale and commission. Never again will I even consider giving them anymore business and I'm spreading the word about how awful it was. I wish I could give a zero rating. It was that bad. Sidenote: Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain was WONDERFUL. Very welcoming and a fun experience overall. The follow up has been great as well. I recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic personal car buying experience. Robert Starks was our salesmen and he was lovely. More

He did everything he could to make sure I am not only happy with the CRV SE but I am absolutely satisfied with my buying experience with Steve Kaplan.
