Awesome as Usual Had an appointment for an oil change. Was met by the happy helpful Mr. Miller who checked me in. I went into the clean, warm and inviting waiting ar Had an appointment for an oil change. Was met by the happy helpful Mr. Miller who checked me in. I went into the clean, warm and inviting waiting area. After a short time, Mr. Miller came to get me to tell me my car was done. He stated that besides just changing the oil, many other things were checked out, i.e., tire rotation, health of my brakes, status of my air filters, as part of the service. Nothing was found that needed my attention. I know I will have this same positive experience the next time I take a vehicle to this dealership for service. More

Used car purchase My old car had started suffering from transmission problems and I needed another vehicle but wasn't exactly sure what to do or where to turn. I work My old car had started suffering from transmission problems and I needed another vehicle but wasn't exactly sure what to do or where to turn. I work across the street from Jeff Wyler and decided to start there and I am glad I did as their employees were very friendly, extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable during the whole car buying process. I want to give a shout out to Colin Crowe, who sold me my car, he did an awesome job during the whole process and was very outgoing and friendly to me the entire time, I appreciated that. Based on this experience, I would definitely buy another car from Jeff Wyler again! More
Just A Day In The Life Scheduled oil change and wiper blade replacement for Saturday service at 9:15am. I pulled into service bay and was not greeted with any salutation, no Scheduled oil change and wiper blade replacement for Saturday service at 9:15am. I pulled into service bay and was not greeted with any salutation, not a 'hello', or 'hey, how ya doing?' Two people see me and act as if I do not exist, no big deal, I guess. I am sure they were busy? Service employee takes keys directs me to lobby. I wait 45 minutes (not bad). When I go to pay, I notice the bill is about $50 less than what it I expected to pay (yippee for me). I speak to service worker and inquire why bill is less than expected. Worker explains of waiting 20 minutes for another employee to do his job 'I have told him numerous times that the job is done and I need him to charge it out.' I have no idea what that means so I inquire. He explains that the other individual did not put the work on the service document, so I received the oil, but did not have to pay. He says 'I did not want you to have to continue to wait so they will have to eat that charge' (okay, good for me). I drive off to pick up my daughter and figure I will use my new windshield wipers. I press the handle to disperse washer fluid as I am driving, it comes out like it should, but the blades I expect to remove the washer fluid are not there. Without the washer fluid being removed I almost rear-end the person in front of me, (close call). I drive back, pull in, worker looks at me with an inquisitive expression and asks what's wrong? I just point to the blades and he's like 'whew.' He hollers at the individual who was supposed to do the work, individual comes puts the blades on and asks for a fist bump. As to say sorry about that pal. For my trouble, the worker gives me a free oil change for my next one (nice I appreciate that). I usually deal with Lance during the business week regarding my Dodge servicing and suspect I will return to that routine. Lance is the man. When he is in, it is run like a well-oiled machine. The weekend staff are an integral part of any organization, but they could learn from the Monday-Friday workers about the importance of customer service regarding greeting customers. Hey, I realize that I am just one man, but service is real important to me. I am a working professional and my customers expect that, as do I. I write all that to say this: although ultimately they make things right, service attention to detail (on this weekend visit) was/is lacking. All my work going forward will be done under the guiding eye of Lance. This service center is usually EXCELLENT, but today, not so much. Thanks. More
