I took my 98 Cherokee in to have the rear hatch fixed - it would not open. They fixed it the next morning. It works great and the work was done on time and at the exact estimated cost. Bridgette was wonderful!!! I walked into the dealership after work on a Wednesday to buy a car for work. I was specific about what I needed. Real people taking care of people! I have to say, I was a bit apprehensive going into a Toyota dealership. I've had several 4Runners over the past few years and although I love their p I have to say, I was a bit apprehensive going into a Toyota dealership. I've had several 4Runners over the past few years and although I love their products, I sometime feel the Toyota dealers are a bit snobby! Not so at Jeff Wyler Toyota in Springfield! These guys seem like real down to earth guys! You know the type; like us. They don't treat you like anything but a loyal customer; even if you've never been there before like me. They worked to get me the best deal, treated me fair and remained friendly. These are the kind of guys I hang out with. These are Just good people taking care of their families, community, and customers. Like the rest of us Americans! I'd recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
