He got the oil change done quickly and then told me my car was on recall. He explained every thing to me and we made plans for getting it done. On another note, we have purchased multiple vehicles from Jeff Wyler over the years in the Toyota area, and while we did not go there for our last purchase, due to a sudden decision made while shopping, we still appreciate their great team of sales & service personnel. Recently went into need to decide on whether to trade car in for truck, Matthew Crosbie reminded me of our sales person of old, in not being pushy or in any way trying to influence our decision, but just letting us know he was there for us.
