Exceptional service at Jeff Wyler Springfield I went to the dealership to buy a used "as is" car. I did get the car that I wanted, but it was the service that I received after the purchase that has me taking the time to write this review. I sent an e-mail inquiry and Scott Brandenburg responded within an hour. First thing Monday morning he called to let me know the car was still available. After purchasing the car, which had a few dings on the front and back bumpers, I was told by Scott Lozan that if I would bring the car back, they would replace/repair the dents and the radio. I was not expecting that. When I got my car back, it almost looked brand new. I don't normally write reviews, but I had to write a review for this dealership. I can't say enough good things about my car purchasing experience. My next car will be purchased at Jeff Wyler Springfield. More
Subaru BRZ from a Chevy dealership, and rather pleased So I'm not one to write reviews. I figure that I got what I wanted, the dealership made some money, and everyone walks away happy. Done and done. But So I'm not one to write reviews. I figure that I got what I wanted, the dealership made some money, and everyone walks away happy. Done and done. But I had an almost perfect experience with Jeff Wyler, and when they asked for a review, I felt I'd oblige. So here goes. I was hunting for a used BRZ throughout the Dayton and surrounding areas. I knew what I wanted, and roughly what price range I was going for. Hit the Subaru dealership and they wouldn't even negotiate with me on a used 2016. Tried a couple of smaller dealerships with 2013- and 2014- BRZs, was getting the runaround and less than premium vehicles. I saw that Wyler had a 2015 BRZ at the Chevy dealership, laughed, and said, "Why not?" So I took a cruise and went and checked it out. Terry Smith was the salesman I was introduced to, and he had the car out and ready for me to test drive rather quickly. At this point, I'd already test driven several, so I knew what I was looking at and went to town putting the car through its paces. The vehicle checked out on all the factors I was looking for and even had a couple aftermarket additions that were done tastefully and worked well with the car, so bonus. Terry and I sat down then and started talking about the price. I've had my fair share of vehicle negotiations recently, going through a few motorcycle purchases, and I've gotten rather familiar with the four quadrant sales technique: interest rate, monthly payment, down down payment, and total value. Terry saved me that headache by being straight with me and simply negotiating the value of the car. I walked into this sale with pre-approval for third-party financing, but decided to allow Wyler to see if they could procure me an even better interest rate. I was using KBB information for the approximate value of the car, and Terry worked with me to get to a price that was actually below the average dealer sale price for this year, make, and model. He also helped secure me a better interest rate than I walked in with, so, again, bonus. There were a couple issues with the vehicle that I saw when I was looking it over and those were addressed with Terry as well. Specifically, there was paint damage next to the antenna fin, and three of the rims had been curbed lightly. We discussed those issues and Terry chose to include fixing those problems at no extra charge. That ended up being a whole roof paint job touch up and a full glaze on the damaged rims. No laughing matter, and no money out of my pocket. I was rather enthused about that deal. By this point, I'm at a better interest rate than I expected, under market average for the car, and getting a large sum of restoration fixed up free of charge. How could I not pull the trigger? So I got the paperwork rolling and was out of there. Total time from walking in to being handed keys? Roughly 4 hours. Not a bad deal at all! The one issue I still have is that I don't have the spare key for this car. They contacted the previous owner the day I was there and I was told that the key would be getting mailed to the dealership shortly, yet I've checked a couple times and have had no updates as to an expected ETA for the key. The key fobs for this car run ~400 or so, and I'm not enjoying the idea of having to front the cash for a second key as a backup. The repairs for this vehicle took approximately 3 days to complete. I dropped the car off and was given a 2015 Chevy as a loaner vehicle. Nice car, just not my style. It was appreciated that I didn't have to sacrifice my transportation in order to have the vehicle brought back to the condition I was hoping for though! All in all, I received a surprisingly good experience from Jeff Wyler, and Terry Smith specifically. I have been in love with BRZs for a long time now and I finally have one that's absolutely amazing and with all the trim and features I was hoping for, all at a very reasonable price. Like I said, I don't do reviews usually. I knew what I was looking for walking in, but Terry went out of my way to make sure that my issues were addressed and that I walked out of there happy. More

Horrible Took my car in to fix recalls and left with more lights on in my dash than when I dropped it off. They didn't even finish putting my car back together Took my car in to fix recalls and left with more lights on in my dash than when I dropped it off. They didn't even finish putting my car back together before returning it to me and then argued with me when I called. I wouldn't take my bicycle to the service department. More
