Taking it in to this ultra modern service area is always a good experience. Each service person(s) at the desk is always courteous, friendly and very helpful. They get me in and out of there in record time. The lounge area has a big TV, as well as fresh coffee, bottled water, charging area for your electronics. Wylers also has a program there where you earn points, actually dollar for dollar to exchange for service. We've bought everyone of our cars from Chuck Otstot for as long as we can remember and he and Wylers have always treated us fairly. I will continue to keep coming back. More

240K Service for 2005 Prius I tend to keep my cars a long time, so when I was told that my front left strut was rusted and my rotors were rusty and pitted, I knew I was going to I tend to keep my cars a long time, so when I was told that my front left strut was rusted and my rotors were rusty and pitted, I knew I was going to have it fixed, but was worried about the cost. The service technician priced out the brakes and rotors using in-stock Toyota parts, but, to save me some money, he priced out strut assemblies from NAPA. I usually like to use genuine OEM parts instead of after-market parts, but for an old car I was willing to take a chance with NAPA. He saved me about $400 by not using Toyota parts, and I"m very satisfied. More
