Disappointed more in GM than Wyler specifically The story begins about two years ago: Plastic tread broke off of top side of running board after 16 months and neither GM or Wyler would stand behind The story begins about two years ago: Plastic tread broke off of top side of running board after 16 months and neither GM or Wyler would stand behind the factory installed OEM part which was installed before I drove the truck off the lot. Then the CD player/radio stopped working at some point within the first 3 years and I didn't realize it until 3 years and 2 weeks after purchase date, so of course it wouldn't be included in the warranty. $122 later I have the CD that was still inside and confirmation that it is no longer working. Great investigative work! This 2014 Silverado will be my first and last GM vehicle! You'd think a 42K dollar truck would hold up better than my 18K dollar civic, sadly I was mistaken. More
