Genuine people, excellent experience Late on a Friday afternoon, I contacted the dealership looking for a very specific Pacifica that I had not been able to find at any of the dealership Late on a Friday afternoon, I contacted the dealership looking for a very specific Pacifica that I had not been able to find at any of the dealerships in my area and was connected with Brian Good. He happily went out on the lot, found the car and called me back to confirm it had what I was looking for. My schedule is extremely hectic and I was coming from Columbus so I could not make it in until the following Tuesday. The day before, I once again connected with Brian via phone to get him as much info as possible and they went ahead and preped the Pacifica for me so it would be ready when I arrived Tuesday afternoon. Brian greeted me outside as soon as I pulled up and the whole onsite process took exactly two hours, which is by far the least amount of time I've ever had to spend completing a car buying transaction. In addition to Brian, everyone I encountered was helpful, courteous, respect my time and appreciated the trip I made from Columbus. Even with all the dealerships in Columbus to choose from, I'll start my next car search with Brian and this dealership. More

Routine Service. For almost 12 years I have been bringing my cars here for service. And, I have purchased two new cars in that time the last one being a 2012 Sonic Hat For almost 12 years I have been bringing my cars here for service. And, I have purchased two new cars in that time the last one being a 2012 Sonic Hatchback I purchased in December 2011. As of today the car has 191,700 miles and gong strong. This due to taking the care in for routine service and having it serviced at Jeff Wyler. Bob, Dale have always treated me like family. Not once have I been asked to do a repair or have a service performed that was not necessary. I have had a couple of interactions with Gary and his help was exceptional. I would never take my car anywhere else to be serviced or repaired. I do not know their names, however, I would like to tip my hat to those who actually do the repairs. I have had no repeat calls.
