This review is for Jeff Wyler Auto Mall Springfield, Ohio, Chevrolet Service Department (JWAMSOCSD). Made a 10:00 AM appointment for a Takata Airbag replacement. Was told the service would take about Ohio, Chevrolet Service Department (JWAMSOCSD). Made a 10:00 AM appointment for a Takata Airbag replacement. Was told the service would take about two hours. Planned my day and my ride accordingly. Got there early, signed in by 9:48 AM. Was told then that the service would take about 4 hours. Re-arranged my day and ride accordingly. After waiting on a call for about 5 hours, called the Service Department at 2:56 PM, was told "Let me go check, I'll call you back." No call back. Re-arranged my day and ride accordingly. Went to JWAMSOCSD about 3:30 PM, was told the technician had the ticket, but had not started the work. We were also told the Service Advisor had told us the truck would be available by "End of Day". No such words were spoken to us at all. We were told the work would take about an hour. Re-arranged my day and ride accordingly. Called at 4:28 PM, was told the work was completed, paperwork needed to be completed. We finally got the truck at 4:41 PM. Why would I make a 10:00 AM appointment for a one-hour job if the work was not going to be started until 3:30 PM? Why would I agree to pick up my truck at 6:00 PM when they close at 6:00 PM? The Service Department is not open on the weekends, and this all occurred on a Friday. Why did the Service Technician have to lie to us about this "End of Day" junk when my wife and I both clearly heard him say the job would take about 4 hours? I re-arranged my day and ride to match up with this 4-hour estimate. I am very disappointed in JWAMSOCSD, and the way they treat their customers. And to think, I passed up two closer Chevrolet dealerships that could have done the work. Not again, I won't. More
Took my car in for service, tire rotation, inspection and the TPMS light was on. Got my car back and the TPMS light was still on and they didn't know why. Checked the tire pressure and it was 34, 31, 36, 35. The tire pressure is supposed to be 33. Obviously that wasn't checked. More
Worst experience ever at a dealership. They took my keys to evaluate my trade and would not give them back holding me hostage. They switch out salesmen on me to add a 2500 addendum fee. They added a ton of to evaluate my trade and would not give them back holding me hostage. They switch out salesmen on me to add a 2500 addendum fee. They added a ton of extra items to the cost of vehicle. Took forever to "crunch" the numbers, as if making me invest time there would make me more willing to buy. 1.5 hours later the vehicle increased in cost by nearly 5k. I had to ask for my keys multiple times so I could leave. Went to Dave Dennis and in 1 hour bought the same vehicle for 3k under MSRP. Not 5k over. Got an offer more the 2k in value over what Jeff Wyler offered for the trade, leaving me with over 5k in cost difference. Dave Dennis also discount my extended warranty that I wanted by almost half. With the ten year warranty and sales tax included I still saved over JJW's base deL and was out the door with my vehicle in 1 hour. This place must buy reviews because they pulled every horrid and joked about saled gimmick and manipulation technique for car sales. They have forever lost my business. And I will make sure everyone I knows avoids all Jeff Wyler dealerships. Highly recommend you avoid purchasing here unless you enjoy a truly terrible and manipulative buying experience. Me, I'll pass. More

At that time, we did not have time for the detailed cleaning and other options we purchased to be done. Salesman said we could schedule all that next week. After over 30 unreturned calls to the call center, service dept and our salesman, we finally get an appointment 15 weeks later to get the work done. We told the scheduler in detail all that needed done. I had to go to both Wyler locations because I was told by scheduler to go to the wrong one. At both locations no one knew why I was there. But they said they would take care of everything and it would be approx. 3 hours. Over 6 hours later I left the dealership and upon close inspection at home I discovered that they only did half the work and that half was done poorly. The “detailed cleaning” was just a car wash and the inside was wiped down with an Armor All type product and carpet vacuumed and that is about it. I still have to get the work done that I have Already Paid for. Again, my calls have gone unreturned. I have lost all confidence in Jeff Wyler as a dealership I could trust and when we finished out all the options we purchased; we are done with them. They have lost me as a costumer. More
Not professional at all. Do not communicate, or value money that you have spent there. Had my car 3 days still not fixed and denied me a rental. My car brand new 8,000ish miles. I called them to check money that you have spent there. Had my car 3 days still not fixed and denied me a rental. My car brand new 8,000ish miles. I called them to check on my car. They called me on day 3 said the part was ordered and had I talked to anyone today. I said NO. Told me if I could get to them in 2 minutes they could have a rental car for me and also that they were closed on Saturday!!!! I was at work until 5:30. No way this was able to happen. I feel they have no plan in place to help people who spend $20,000. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion. I only have 1 car and repeated this statement ever time I called. Went to pick up my car where it was sitting on their lot unlocked. Told me they would put keys under mat. I got there no keys and car unlocked so I took my spare key and left. 1/2 hr later got a call wanting to know if I had pick up my car. After this is fixed I will be looking for another Kia dealer to work on my car. More
Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Jeff Wyler for a car. I went to Jeff Wyler to purchase a new car on Saturday November 20th. I was excited because they had all three vehicles that I wanted to test drive. First - they never asked for my license or insurance. They did not have me sign a test drive form. I was slightly worried that if these two folks were that loosey goosey with the rules what else are they loosey goosey about? Turns out it was their ethics. The car I wanted was MSRP for 38,610 with Jeff Wyler's MSRP for 37,838. I am related to an employee I was supposed to receive a 2500 discount. I had 3,000 for a trade in, and 3,000 down. They came back with an offer of over 43,000. They told me it included the discount and it was the taxes and title that made it so expensive. They told me that the best they could do was 800 a month for 60 month loan or 600 for 84 months. After everything was said and done, the best offer was 590 for 84 months. I have a decent credit score 2nd or 1st tier depending on which credit report you look at. I should have qualified for a decent interest rate, They would not disclose the interest rate they found for me, how much the taxes were, documentation fee, or title fees. They used all high pressure sales tactics - scarcity, lying about how much their car payments were to make the 600 a month seem fair. They assured me my insurance would not go up much going from a 2009 to 2022 car. Without asking me, they added upgrades to the car and added it to the total price - including a blinking tail light that would cost me over 600.00. I asked them if we could look into getting a white car, and they told me it would so difficult to find another color. I would have to wait and there was no guarantee that it would be in a reasonable time. After we walked out of the dealership WITHOUT buying the car, they called and said they had found me a white car and could have it to the dealership by Monday. Imagine that! Then both the salespeople, Trish and Kenny, aggressively called and texted me trying to get me to come back. I finally had to block both of their numbers to get them to stop bothering me. Kenny even went to my relative and bothered her. He told her that he was just "Trying to get me back to earth on the cost of the car, that what I wanted was unreasonable." We went to another dealership the same day and got quoted 580 a month for 72 months with only 3500 down. 5500 dollars less than what we offered to put down at Jeff Wyler. Funny how unreasonable I am in thinking that math is a standard skill and has predictable results. Eventually I was so disgusted by this dealership I decided their was no way I could buy a Tuscon because I would always think of those horrible people, how they lied, and how they tried to take advantage of me. I ended up going to Matt Castrucci and working with a wonderful sales person who got me a wonderful brand new CRV EXL for 480 a month. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Jeff Wyler for a car. More

The attitude of their sales people is we can charge you MSRP or Over (BECAUSE WE CAN!). My dad bought a new car from Jeff Wyler Hyundai, they told him we can charge this BECAUSE WE CAN! My lease was up and the salesman says he can charge these prices BECAUSE HE CAN! Now I know about the chip shortage and that all of the car world is upside down right now. But not all dealers are telling people this. I do not get out a lot, because I’am sick, but hearing this 2x from the same dealership is very disturbing to say the least. There is going to be a day when microchips and pandemics are over and these dealers want you to come and buy a car for a normal price, we’ll I for one will not buy a car from a dealer that allows their sales people to treat customers this way. Remember folks this market is going to change, so if you can wait, then wait. If you have a dealership that treats you with respect note that and support them! Jeff Wyler Hyundai and Toyota isn’t even cleaning their used cars because they claim they are selling them so fast! So there is trash in the used cars where people have turned them in and they haven’t even been swept out according to a Toyota salesperson because it is to expensive. Also cars with big scrapes down the middle, and tires that are legally bald are selling way above sticker, BECAUSE THEY CAN! The salesmen even said these cars were already serviced!!! Warning: STAY A WAY FROM JEFF WYLER NEW AND USED CAR SALES IN Springfield, Ohio! Go to another dealer that treats you with respect and values your business, BECAUSE YOU CAN! Please feel free to like and share this information! More
Jeff Wyler is taking advantage of the car shortage to boost their MSRP by up to $8,000. This should be criminal. Don't expect to pay MSRP or even less, because Jeff Wyler Springfield has a policy of addi boost their MSRP by up to $8,000. This should be criminal. This was my first experience of buying a vehicle independently. It was completely stress free. David Richardson was by my side each step of the process. He was genuine and patient and I received independently. It was completely stress free. David Richardson was by my side each step of the process. He was genuine and patient and I received wonderful service. He worked hard to get the car payment I wanted and made the experience positive. So positive that my daughter asked him to keep an eye out for a Ram truck for her. I was very satisfied! More
