I booked an appointment online and when my husband showed up to drop the car off he was very rudely told they didn’t have our appointment in the system. They took the car and my husband’s information on why we were bringing it in to be looked at. For 5 days we kept calling in trying to get an update on the car and no one was answering the phone. Every day we left a voicemail asking for a call back with an update as this is my only car and I was having to find rides into work every day. When I finally got ahold of someone they took 5 minutes to even find information on my car and he was very rude as well. They were not helpful and I told them I didn’t want them to service my vehicle and I would just come pick it up. When I arrived they told me it would be $390 as a diagnosis fee. I explained that there should be no charge as my car is still under warranty to which he explained there is nothing to charge to the warranty since no work was done. (None of the other Kia dealers have ever charged me for looking at the vehicle. ) We argued for a few minutes as I explained that a bumper to bumper warranty should have no charges and at no point was I quoted any fees. He got frustrated, slammed my keys on the counter and then flung my paperwork at me. He said whatever I’ll take care of it and we left. This is the worst I’ve ever been treated at any place of business. As a female in her twenties I felt as though they were trying to intimidate me into paying. I definitely would not recommend using them especially for women. Don’t send your wives, daughters or sisters to these scammers. More
Very disappointed with Dodge repair shop. Had car for 2 weeks and I don't think they did one thing to it? Finally called us and said pcm was bad and they didn't make them anymore wanted to know if we wanted to junk it? Amazingly they said if they could find a computer would cost 1600. 00. I got off the phone after telling them we would tow it home and guess what found a brand new pcm programed and life time warranty for 270.00. Put it in no start? I'm a shade tree mechanic but found out problem was in the ignition bought that part installed it runs great so it is evident they don't know what they are doing. Only plus side is they didn't charge for diagnostic. Will never go back to Wyler. More

I would like to commend Scott Semmler (sales guru) and Cody Cheatwood from KIA sales on the way they handled our purchase of the first KIA EV6 in Springfield. I ordered the car on 8 June 2021. When it arrived on 19 February 2022 Cody was very knowledgeable and helpful. He has since remained in contact and he and Scott helped us get a loner of a $700 220 volt charger unit until the promised one from KIA Corporate arrived. Some of the shipping damage has been fixed and I have been told that the paint damage will be fixed by a total repaint of the vehicle. Both Scott and Cody have been very helpful, and I am sorry to hear that Cody is moving to another KIA dealership. That is my loss and the new dealer's gain. More

This review is for Jeff Wyler Auto Mall Springfield, Ohio, Chevrolet Service Department (JWAMSOCSD). Made a 10:00 AM appointment for a Takata Airbag replacement. Was told the service would take about Ohio, Chevrolet Service Department (JWAMSOCSD). Made a 10:00 AM appointment for a Takata Airbag replacement. Was told the service would take about two hours. Planned my day and my ride accordingly. Got there early, signed in by 9:48 AM. Was told then that the service would take about 4 hours. Re-arranged my day and ride accordingly. After waiting on a call for about 5 hours, called the Service Department at 2:56 PM, was told "Let me go check, I'll call you back." No call back. Re-arranged my day and ride accordingly. Went to JWAMSOCSD about 3:30 PM, was told the technician had the ticket, but had not started the work. We were also told the Service Advisor had told us the truck would be available by "End of Day". No such words were spoken to us at all. We were told the work would take about an hour. Re-arranged my day and ride accordingly. Called at 4:28 PM, was told the work was completed, paperwork needed to be completed. We finally got the truck at 4:41 PM. Why would I make a 10:00 AM appointment for a one-hour job if the work was not going to be started until 3:30 PM? Why would I agree to pick up my truck at 6:00 PM when they close at 6:00 PM? The Service Department is not open on the weekends, and this all occurred on a Friday. Why did the Service Technician have to lie to us about this "End of Day" junk when my wife and I both clearly heard him say the job would take about 4 hours? I re-arranged my day and ride to match up with this 4-hour estimate. I am very disappointed in JWAMSOCSD, and the way they treat their customers. And to think, I passed up two closer Chevrolet dealerships that could have done the work. Not again, I won't. More
Took my car in for service, tire rotation, inspection and the TPMS light was on. Got my car back and the TPMS light was still on and they didn't know why. Checked the tire pressure and it was 34, 31, 36, 35. the TPMS light was on. Got my car back and the TPMS light was still on and they didn't know why. Worst experience ever at a dealership. They took my keys to evaluate my trade and would not give them back holding me hostage. They switch out salesmen on me to add a 2500 addendum fee. They added a ton of extra items to the cost of vehicle. Took forever to "crunch" the numbers, as if making me invest time there would make me more willing to buy. 1.5 hours later the vehicle increased in cost by nearly 5k. I had to ask for my keys multiple times so I could leave. Went to Dave Dennis and in 1 hour bought the same vehicle for 3k under MSRP. Not 5k over. Got an offer more the 2k in value over what Jeff Wyler offered for the trade, leaving me with over 5k in cost difference. Dave Dennis also discount my extended warranty that I wanted by almost half. With the ten year warranty and sales tax included I still saved over JJW's base deL and was out the door with my vehicle in 1 hour. This place must buy reviews because they pulled every horrid and joked about saled gimmick and manipulation technique for car sales. They have forever lost my business. And I will make sure everyone I knows avoids all Jeff Wyler dealerships. Highly recommend you avoid purchasing here unless you enjoy a truly terrible and manipulative buying experience. Me, I'll pass. More

At that time, we did not have time for the detailed cleaning and other options we purchased to be done. Salesman said we could schedule all that next week. After over 30 unreturned calls to the call center, service dept and our salesman, we finally get an appointment 15 weeks later to get the work done. We told the scheduler in detail all that needed done. I had to go to both Wyler locations because I was told by scheduler to go to the wrong one. At both locations no one knew why I was there. But they said they would take care of everything and it would be approx. 3 hours. Over 6 hours later I left the dealership and upon close inspection at home I discovered that they only did half the work and that half was done poorly. The “detailed cleaning” was just a car wash and the inside was wiped down with an Armor All type product and carpet vacuumed and that is about it. I still have to get the work done that I have Already Paid for. Again, my calls have gone unreturned. I have lost all confidence in Jeff Wyler as a dealership I could trust and when we finished out all the options we purchased; we are done with them. They have lost me as a costumer. More
Not professional at all. Do not communicate, or value money that you have spent there. Had my car 3 days still not fixed and denied me a rental. My car brand new 8,000ish miles. They called me on day 3 said the part was ordered and had I talked to anyone today. I said NO. Told me if I could get to them in 2 minutes they could have a rental car for me and also that they were closed on Saturday!!!! I was at work until 5:30. No way this was able to happen. I feel they have no plan in place to help people who spend $20,000. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in my opinion. I only have 1 car and repeated this statement ever time I called. Went to pick up my car where it was sitting on their lot unlocked. Told me they would put keys under mat. I got there no keys and car unlocked so I took my spare key and left. 1/2 hr later got a call wanting to know if I had pick up my car. After this is fixed I will be looking for another Kia dealer to work on my car. More
