Having this beautiful, new facility so close to home selling arguably the best value brand in autos made it easy to become a Toyota family. The guys in service, sales, and Troy in parts, all have been courteous, professional and eager to help. We are fortunate to have the benefits of a big city facility staffed with local, nice people. While I'm thankful to the Wyler group for investing so heavily in my community, it's the people that really make the difference. If you've ever thought about trying "the Toyota way," stop by and see these guys. I'm a big auto enthusiast, have been my whole life and I've never been more impressed with the total value proposition Toyota represents in 2018, bonus is the great dealership. Faith in humanity restored I had an issue with a blown tire this week (thanks to Springfield and not fixing the potholes) I had my Jeep towed to the dealership since I bought my I had an issue with a blown tire this week (thanks to Springfield and not fixing the potholes) I had my Jeep towed to the dealership since I bought my past five vehicles from there and get them serviced there too. I was in a real bind the tire had to be special order. That would mean I would be without a car for the next day or so. I have a handicap son and a another son who needed picked up from school and work and to get myself to work and no way to do it. They pulled miracles for me and allowed me to test drive a car so I could pick my boys up. I could not begin to thank the General Manger enough because he made my day a little better because I had other personal issues going on that I won't include in here but he may have restore my faith in humanity because he treated me as a person and not just another customer. THANK YOU!!!! I will be a customer for life. More

Amazing! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my 2018 Toyota Rav4 at Jeff Wyler in Springfield OH. I had no intent on purchasing a vehicle on this particu I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my 2018 Toyota Rav4 at Jeff Wyler in Springfield OH. I had no intent on purchasing a vehicle on this particular day, I was just looking and wanted information. I have 3 teenage daughters who drive and our 2nd household vehicle began having transmission issues. I was drawn in by a sign that advertised "No money down lease." I stopped in and was promptly greeted by Jeff Coburn. I informed Jeff of my intent to look around and that I was not looking to buy at the moment. Jeff was not pushy and he did not shake me off. Jeff was very informative and even encouraged me to test drive the vehicles that I was interested in. At no point did I feel pressured. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received from Jeff and there was no way that I was leaving without a vehicle after all he had done for me. I have purchased several vehicles in the past from various dealerships and I have never received the level of service that Jeff provided. I am glad I chose to stop in on that particular day. I will be in touch with Jeff in few years when my daughters are ready to purchase their 1st vehicles. More
2nd Service After having been treated so rudely by the sales department over a year ago, my vehicle was up for it's scheduled maintenance and I didn't have time t After having been treated so rudely by the sales department over a year ago, my vehicle was up for it's scheduled maintenance and I didn't have time to take it back to Beavercreek where I originally purchased my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, so I called Wyler service center and they got my vehicle in rather quickly and took care of the maintenance. That was the first time and I dealt with a young lady who was very pleasant. This time I had a tire and service light issue and dealt with Lance. Again they got my vehicle in within a timely manner and determined the problems and corrected both of them in just over an hour. I will probably NEVER deal with the sales department for purchasing a vehicle there but I do like the service dept. Thanks Guys and Gal, I appreciate you! More
