I had an appointment to have my 2006 Hyundai check for some handeling problems, it took some complaining after two and one-half hours to find out all I needed was some tires. The car was parked outside and it was never offered to me that the dealership replsce the tires, I had to ask for a price. I then asked to see a sales person after I paid for the checking out the car, and finally Mr. Mike Davis asked what car I was looking at. He was very attentive, and did what needed to be done for me to drive away in a new 2009 Hyundai. However I was very remorseful in making the deal as I was given about one-half the amount of the loan owed on the 2006, and charged a very high interest rate. My co-workers and friends are glad fo me to get the car and they all ask"so you got a good deal?" I tell them No, but it was what I had to take at the time. Never in buying a car, new or used, have I felt that a better deal could have been made for me. I feel as a Dealer that the profit of the dealership and the loan company was put ahead of the customer More
To be quite honest, my husband and I have dealt with many other car dealships over the years. None of them have ever been as nice, helpful, friendly or as willing to please as Darrell Dement and the others a other car dealships over the years. None of them have ever been as nice, helpful, friendly or as willing to please as Darrell Dement and the others at Jeff Wyler have. This is the fourth vehicle we have leased or purchased from Darrell and the Jeff Wyler team, and we will continue to use them for all our future vehicle needs. More
