Jeff Wyler Hyundai had the only vehicle in central Ohio that we were interested in, a 2008 Hyundai Tucson GLS in black. Ben Webster indicated that it was still on their lot and that he was looking forward to showing it to us. We drove from Columbus, OH to Springfield, OH just to look at this vehicle. The car was ready for us at their front door, and we were in the driver's seat with key-in-hand within ten minutes of arriving at the dealership. Ben was friendly and very courteous. We were given free rein to test drive as long as we wanted. Ben stayed long after closing, along with the finance employee, to work out their very best deal. They even managed to come down to our terms in an honest and open manner. The car was clean, with a full tank of gas, and we drove home in it that same night. More

We were looking for a Hyundia Tuscon and the last one had just been sold. Roger and Tom started making calls to find another one for us. We deceided on one. When it arrived it had more miles than originally quoted, they got back on the phone and found another one but it was a little bit more than what my husband wanted to pay. My husband deceided to forget the whole thing. A few days later my husband wanted to go to a dealership out of town and I said NO, I contacted Roger and Tom and they found me another Tuscon pretty close to the same price as I wanted. They both went out of there way to help find us this auto. I will always refer business to them. They made us feel welcome, answered all of our questions, and went way out of there way just for us. Roger went over all of the paperwork, and options of the auto. He is very knowledgable. I feel he did an excellent job. More
What a joyful experience! We traded in our 2005 Kia Sedona van for a 2008 Kia Sedona (we had an '02 before that!). The van sells itself but it sure makes it more fun with a sales person like Beth Adai Sedona van for a 2008 Kia Sedona (we had an '02 before that!). The friendliness of everyone we were in contact with was great. And from a customer service standpoint, Beth worked hard for this. Purchased a 2009 Toyota Tacoma. Overall experience was outstanding. Friendly and very accomodating. Salesman worked hard to get a great interest rate. Very courteous and was not aggressive or pushy. I had an appointment to have my 2006 Hyundai check for some handeling problems, it took some complaining after two and one-half hours to find out all I needed was some tires. The car was parked outside and it was never offered to me that the dealership replsce the tires, I had to ask for a price. I then asked to see a sales person after I paid for the checking out the car, and finally Mr. Mike Davis asked what car I was looking at. He was very attentive, and did what needed to be done for me to drive away in a new 2009 Hyundai. However I was very remorseful in making the deal as I was given about one-half the amount of the loan owed on the 2006, and charged a very high interest rate. My co-workers and friends are glad fo me to get the car and they all ask"so you got a good deal?" I tell them No, but it was what I had to take at the time. Never in buying a car, new or used, have I felt that a better deal could have been made for me. I feel as a Dealer that the profit of the dealership and the loan company was put ahead of the customer More
To be quite honest, my husband and I have dealt with many other car dealships over the years. None of them have ever been as nice, helpful, friendly or as willing to please as Darrell Dement and the others a other car dealships over the years. None of them have ever been as nice, helpful, friendly or as willing to please as Darrell Dement and the others at Jeff Wyler have. This is the fourth vehicle we have leased or purchased from Darrell and the Jeff Wyler team, and we will continue to use them for all our future vehicle needs. More
I researched cars quite a bit before deciding which car I wanted. I went in and checked out the model in question. I asked about a color and within 2 days they'd managed to bring in the one I wanted.
