We were introduced to various people in the organization who discussed warranty issues, after-purchase products available, etc. Gary Bowman followed up on various issues enthusiastically and in a timely manner. In addition to the excellent sales service, we have been highly satisfied in the past with the service department at this dealership. Kelly Kaylor was the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He was friendly, not pushy, listened to what I was looking for and showed me vehicles that fit my requirements. The day I visited the dealership was to obtain some routine maintemance on a 2007 Hyundai Accent. While I waited I inquired about the possibility of purchasing a 2009 Toyota Yaris. As soon as I approaced the sales area I was greeted by Don Shepherd. I'm sure he could sense I was reluctant and unsure whether I wanted to purchase a new vehicle, a Toyota, to be exact. he made me feel at ease and invited me to sit with him to review all of my options. The quality of work was absolutley amazing!! Don left nothing unturned. I acn honestly say once he knows what is important to the customer he seeks every option possible to make it happen. To top it off he gave me a tour so that I would know where exactly to go when I come in for service and to have my car washed. He also introduced me to others that he works with on his team. Too bad your highest rating is a 5 because my overall experience was definitely a 10. This is the second car that I have purchased from Jeff Wyler in Springfield, OH. and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from that dealership because they value their customers and you know it by their actions. Jeff Wyler is the only place in town to consider buying a car. The selection is outstanding... they salesmen know the cars and are not at all high pressure. I was in the market for a previously owned mini-van. As I've worked with Tony Quinones before, I contacted him to help me. Having Tony help me was a no-brainer. He found me a Toyota Sienna trade-in in mint condition. After he was sure the van passed the certification process, which it did with flying colors, he contacted me about it. I drove into the dealership a one vehicle owner. I left the dealership a two vehicle owner. As the dealership was approved by the Wright-Patt Credit Union for processing their paperwork, I did not even have to leave the dealership for processing the loan. Melissa was very helpful with this process. I will be a repeat customer of Tony's as I hear many people are! More
