This sale began as an internet search for a good price, and ended with the sale of a new Sonata. Beth responded with a phone call and then with two video clips of vehicles that met my paramters. Their price was considerably lower than any other dealer that responded, and Beth was absolutely great to work with. For me to buy a vehicle here meant a 2 hour drive from home, that's how good everything about this transaction was. A local dealer told me that the price quoted was "almost too good to be true" and that if anything turned out funny to come back to him. Nothing was funny, no hidden charges, no hard pressure, no push to upsell on stuff that I didn't want, no bait and switch, no games. The same offer was available for any of the Sonatas that I wanted to look at on the lot. I was treated the way that a customer should be treated. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone, and would specifically recommend that they drop Beth an email or a call (badair@wyler.com). I bought a Chevy HHR about 10 days ago, and I must say that I am very happy with it. It is a quiet comfortable peppy little car with a great ride. However, it almost didn't happen. I used the Cash for Clunkers program which requires proof of 365 days if continuous registration which for most of us requires the previous year registration along the the current year. When the DMV faxed the document there was a typo indicating that I had registered the clunker the previous year, and that it had expired the year before that, suggeting a negative year of registration. I think the DMV was getting overwhelemed by the clunker program and the 800 number was also overwhelmed. This was on the fourth day of the program and there was all ready talk about running out of money. Without the $4500 I would not have been able to afford the car, and time was running out. Kelly, called the DMV. The distance required went beyond the initial contact to her superviser, then to the next superviser over a duration of about an hour and a half over the phone. In short, Kelly salvaged the deal for the both of us. More
