My whole experience was very pleasant. Dale was very friendly and helpful without being overly pushy. I love my new car and I am so happy with it. I hate buying a new car because of the B.S. that typically goes along with getting a decent price and trade in value. I know that the car dealer needs to make a buck and I want to save a buck but, typically goes along with getting a decent price and trade in value. I know that the car dealer needs to make a buck and I want to save a buck but, few will be straightforward and get to the point. I've bought 11 new vehicles in the past 20 years. This is the FIRST time that I can say that I have EVER had a painless new car purchase. I worked directly with one of the sales managers (Ben). He was patient and wasn't pushy as we drove several new vehicles. He gave us space so my wife and I could talk about the vehicle, price, etc. When we found the one we were interested in, he was again, straightforward. He didn't play the typical games with the prices--here's what your trade in is worth and here's both the sticker price and the price they paid for the new vehicle. We discussed a price and he let us go home to talk about it and, if necessary sleep on it. We called back within an hour; he did the financing paperwork on the phone, called back with the approval and we set up a time the following morning to do the paperwork and swap vehicles. When we arrived the next day, the finance lady was friendly, prompt and got us in and out in a hurry. No waiting around, no hassles, no pushy sales tactics and no B.S. What typically takes nearly a full day of languishing pain sitting around a car dealership was reduced to about 1.5-2 hours from start to finish. I WILL be back! More

Very friendly, went out of their way to obtain the car I wanted from another dealership. Gave us a grand tour of the facility. Made sure I had basic understanding of operation of car. I have dealt with Tom Brackett at Jeff Wyler for over 20 years and he always takes exceptional care of my needs. This time was no different. I have always felt comfortable at Jeff Wyler, unlike some other car dealers. They have always gave me good service and the cars I have bought have been good ones. I found a used truck I was interested in on the internet. I called the dealership and spoke with Dale Eggenschwiller and from that point on Dale took care of getting me info and emailed a video of the truck I called the dealership and spoke with Dale Eggenschwiller and from that point on Dale took care of getting me info and emailed a video of the truck for me to view before I drove 45 minutes. We set up time to test drive and he was very helpful in negotiating a fair price for the truck. They even got us a great interest rate for our loan. Overall it was a great experience for us. Definitely worth the trip and will look there again when we are ready for a new vehicle. More
