It takes a certain kind of person to be a successful salesperson and Phil Beach has all the good qualities that make him that. Mr Wyler apparently has the ability to recognize all these qualities and hires accordingly. I did talk with several other salespeople in passing and they all took an interest in what I was saying. Everyone treated me like a "valued" customer not an imposition. Kudos to Phil Beach and a heartfelt thanks to Jeff Wyler and all his employees for their ability to connect with everyone. He helped me determine the car price range I would need to be at in order to make my monthtly payments be at the price I needed them to be at. Not only did he help emensiouly in determining my price point after only a few minutes he was able to pin point the perfect car for me. The first car he showed me is the car I purchased even after looking at several others because I wanted to be sure. He was always friendly and answered all my questions and as a first time car buyer I had a lot of questions. I could not have asked for any better service through out my car purchasing process. Melissa in the financing department was also very helpful in getting me the finacning I needed, she was very friendly and easy to talk to which made a very nerve racking experience a breeze.
