Russ was very helpful in guiding us to an appropriate vehicle. We began by looking at sedans, but quickly changed course to look at vans and SUV's, given our age and the ease of entry. Although we did look at other brands and dealerships, we returned to purchase from Russ. We got all the features each of us wanted - good gas mileage being a major concern. My dad has always bought our cars. Now that my dad is no longer with us, I was really nervous to go into a car dealership, as a woman, to see if I could find a new car by myself. You hear so many horror st longer with us, I was really nervous to go into a car dealership, as a woman, to see if I could find a new car by myself. You hear so many horror stories about car dealers, but this was not my exerience at Jeff Wyler's Auto Mall. My brother in Florida had suggested a couple of cars for me to try, but after driving them, I didn't like them---new Chevrolets to replace my 1989 Caprice. So then I tried a Honda and a Toyota Prius, and the latter is the one that I bought! This took three visits because I don't make decisions quickly, but Mike Davis did not rush me and allowed me to do this at my pace, which I very much appreciated. I was also impressed how he is keeping in touch with me, and he has made very sure that I am still very pleased and satisfied with my purchase. I BOUGHT A CAR!! AND IT'S BRIGHT RED!!! hahaha I really like the car. It is easy to drive, and it's a Hybrid!!! I am thrilled, and I am so grateful to Mike Davis, who made this a very enjoyable experience for me. I was incredibly impressed and pleased with my salesman, AJ Castle. I reviewed prices for the Toyota prius II for the last 3 months. I found a great price at Byers Toyota with a great interest rate, 1.9%. I was considering driving to Delaware, OH to get the vehicle but it was black and I was not sure I would like black. So, I went to Jeff Wyler to see if I could get used to a black car rather than white or silver. AJ greeted me and was very polite and professional. I test drove a hyundai sonata, which I LOVED. AJ asked me which one I wanted him to push for a good deal on more. I said the prius (because afterall it is what I needed for gas milage). I was frank with AJ that I had found a deal online that I did not think Jeff Wyler could beat. He spoke to management and they were able to do the exact deal at that low interet rate and do it in silver. I love my new car. I also get free car washes for the life of the car and 2 year free maintenance plan. I also appreciated that AJ took the time to understand what was important to me--- not the payment but the interest rate and the price. All the gimmicks and tricks that salesman typically bring in the mix he left out, and I appreciated that. More
