He knows up front I've done my research, and have checked out the other dealers in the area for their "deals". Yet there is no pressure, no gimmicks, no "you gotta buy today or you're an idiot and will lose out on the deal of the century" attitude. In short, you'll get treated with respect! I got good dollar for my trade-in, and effort was made to get me as much off the new truck as possible. Could I have gotten a little more? Sure, I think so. That's why I gave "Good" on the price rating. But having a business myself I realize they are not in business to break even or lose money just to make me happy. I feel a genuine effort was made, and we all came out feeling good about it. I'm satisfied it was a fair deal for us both. My rating should actuall be "Good Plus!" Just on the verge of "Great!" I don't think I would have bought around 10 vehicles or so from this guy, both personal and business, over the last 14 years if I felt I was getting taken advantage of.
