In my relatively limited experience with buying cars, this was by far the worst I've ever had. We have had both service and sales from this dealership and have walked away disappointed. First, their used car selection is not much to speak of. We drove a couple of cars and liked one that had some flaws. It had a couple of accessories that did not function properly and I felt I could repair those on my own. My experience with the sales rep was awful, however. First, he never really listened to me. I would tell him what I wanted or where I wanted to be and he would go a completely different route. Not only that, but it took multiple trips to the dealership and multiple phone calls to get things 90% prepared for us to purchase the car. We decided to buy the car, went out there, where he proceeded to small talk us to death for 3 hours--which seems like a really long time to close a car sale in my opinion. Meanwhile, the mechanics were doing a courtesy oil change. About 3 miles down the road I hear a little rattling at a specific RPM. To me this sounds like a heat shield or something, nothing major. I report it immediately, but seeing as how this dealership is not conveniently located for us we'd have to wait to have it looked at. A couple of weeks go by and we're noticing other mechanical problems. The icing on the cake occurs when the oil pressure light comes on. I check the fluid levels and the engine is now bone dry. Seems their mechanic forgot to seat the oil filter properly. I take it back, they're willing to replace the engine and waive my deductible--at least they said they would in a wishy washy way. They couldn't tell me the mileage on the new engine, they couldn't tell me how they came about it so quickly, and they hauled the car off to have timing work done without me knowing any work had been performed to begin with. We said no thank you, teetered on seeking legal action against them but decided if they'd buy the car back at the price we paid we'd replace it with another vehicle. We decided to do that. The second experience was just as awful, only worse. First, we couldn't get them to work with us on the price at all. We ended up paying slightly above the book value for the car we wanted to replace it with. On top of that they wouldn't help us with additional taxes / fees we were paying. We ended up being under the water and getting hosed because of they're inability to change oil. Again, the sales rep small talked us to death, tried pigeon holing me in to a loan that had gap insurance when I could just put a little more down and get half the rate without the gap insurance--decreasing my payments by 10%. I wouldn't have known this had I not made a fuss about it. Everything takes a century there and they'll gladly drop you to help another customer. Saw it happen on more than one occasion. When I raise concern with management they take offense to my dissatisfaction and began to argue with me. This place is unprofessional, overpriced, and has absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. They wanted to just get rid of me as fast as possible. I'm going to be doing another rating for the awful job they did repairing another vehicle and the loads of money I ended up putting in to it before having to part ways with it at a loss. More
Gary helped me pick the perfect vehicle for me. I got a great deal on a new Kia Sorrento. Gary explained about extended warranties and vehicle protection for the inside and out. My recent experience at Jeff Wyler went as smooth as anyone could hope for. I picked a car out online then I called Tom Loney to help me with the details He test drove the car for me Had the ping in the anyone could hope for. The sales process was drawn out because I was so busy with work but Dale kept me informed on new incentives and rebates on the different vehicles I showed interest in. The whole staff I came in contact with was very helpful from Dale and Rick to their F and I guy ( I,m embarrased I don't remember his name) to all the shop help. My late wife has always bought at this Dealership partly because she use to work there but mostly because she recognized how friendly they all were. More

Good service. I was there on a factory recall for my Sedona van. One item was not fixed which, strangely enough, went bad the last time I had service done at this dealer. The part was not in stock so it had to be ordered. I was not told how long the service would be on fixing the recall. Overall, my service experiences at this deal have been excellent. More
