My check engine light came on so I immediately called the Service Dept. They got me in right away. They even gave me a ride home. On Monday morning Ken called to let us know when the van would be done. That Day! They also went above expectations in seeing to it that the recall on the door was fixed. We were truly pleased with the friendly, quick and thorough service we received. When we picked up the van I also observed that the staff in service were treating the other customers with a positive and respect for them and their vehicle. More

All I had to do was show up on Thur. with all my documentation, look over the vehicle, which was more than I could possibly have expected.
