I had no intention of buying a new car as I was going to buy out my leased Rav4. However, AJ Castle was low pressure, worked with me and I have a new Hyundai Santa Fe limited ! He didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and I was treated VERY well !!! It was instant rapport with this man,and not for one minute did I feel any resentment or bad vibes, and feelings of being cheated that I usually get with salesmen or financial directors when making such a important and big financial decision !!!! On Monday morning Ken called to let us know when the van would be done. That Day! They also went above expectations in seeing to it that the recall on the door was fixed. We were truly pleased with the friendly, quick and thorough service we received. When we picked up the van I also observed that the staff in service were treating the other customers with a positive and respect for them and their vehicle. More

All I had to do was show up on Thur. with all my documentation, look over the vehicle, which was more than I could possibly have expected.
