The Dealership (Jeff Wyler) was the only choice since I had not heard "any" bad reports and if I have "any" complaints it's that their automated Car Wash distorts my front license plate.... that's getting had not heard "any" bad reports and if I have "any" complaints it's that their automated Car Wash distorts my front license plate.... that's getting really picky.... everything at Wylers is Great! Bought the Tucson in June 2010 based on my analysis and review from many on-line sources. Despite the Consumer Reports review indicating a higher level of Road Noise in the cabin (that's a result of the Tires and Road Surface as I've found out), however the most important reasons for purchasing this particular vehicle were Safety, Fuel Economy, and Consumer Reports own rating that it "Stopped" in the shortest distance of any vehicle it's tested! The 31 MPG is only at 55mph, however at 45mph I've recorded 38 MPG while at 70mph it drops to around 27 MPG. Overall city and highway is around 26 average. I have always taken my Kia Sorento there for service and knew when the time came I would go there to buy my next vehicle. After meeting Phil Beach I knew this process was going to go very well. He did not possess that fake "I just want to sell you a car" attitude. He was very genuine in listening to what my needs were in a vehicle; from needing storage in the trunk for my car stock, to a car payment that was no more than 350.00 a month (we came in at 250.00 a month), a car that was good in winter weather and most importantly a car that was safe for my two teenagers to drive. He really listened to what I was saying. What I hadn't expected was that Phil would really listen to me and respect the fact that I must stay on a budget. Though I was approved to get into a newer model car I wasn't ready to take on that kind of car payment and Phil respected that. He respected my financial limits and didn't give me that typical car salesman push or sales tactics. I couldn't have appreciated that more. Through the entire process I was treated with respect by every person I came into contact with from other sales people, to the gentleman in the financing office; who also refused to sell me things I truly didn't need.
