It took 2 days to receive notification back regarding an online appt. made for an oil change. I lucked out and got the e-mail that morning before leaving. I got the e-mail at 9am and the appt was for 1pm that same day. Never did get a phone call. The employees are all quite friendly and I have never had a problem, but I won't be booking online anymore. I do wish the confirmation e-mail would have reminded me what time the appt was for. It just said your appt is confirmed and the date. I also found it curious that the e-mail I got for dealer feedback stated "if you were 100$ satisfied, please take the time to rate your experience". LOL More
In Customer service, we were treated with respect the entire time we were there. They allowed us to browse the lot without any pressure. Total experience was excellent, sales team bent over backwards to make a sell. I will send my friend and family to shop for a new or used car at Jeff Wylers in the future. I went in for a 7500 mile service on my new Kia. It was first come first serve Saturday. No problem dropping off, very reasonable wait time, and the dealership was grilling out free brats and potato salad first come first serve Saturday. Ken is a very personable man and always takes good care of us in a friendly and expediant manor. He is right on top of things the minute we drive in and we rarely have to wait longer than an hour for the w of us in a friendly and expediant manor. I decided to visit Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall after seeing an ad in the Skywriter paper from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Upon contacting the dealer, I was forwarded to AJ to inquire about their a seeing an ad in the Skywriter paper from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Upon contacting the dealer, I was forwarded to AJ to inquire about their advertised rate on a zero-down lease on the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I pleased to learn that the price in the ad was, in fact, the price I would receive and they had plenty of models on the lot for me to check out. When I arrived at the dealer and asked for AJ, I was pleased to be introduced to a young, energetic gentlemen who presented himself as very professional. From the moment I sat down to talk with AJ about my decision, I was impressed with his knowledge of the Hyundai Sonata and its benefits, as well as the financing options available through the dealer. AJ was even kind enough to sit and chat with me while I was waiting for my turn with the finance officer as the dealer was experiencing a large volume of customers due to their promotions. Overall, I was very satisified with my experience at Jeff Wyler and with AJ and would recommend both the dealer at my consultant to my friends and family who would be in the market for a new/used vehicle. Overall great experience, it was a rainy day and Duke started us out by having the car we looking at in service center so we would not get wet, the little extras add up.
