We have used this dealership for years. We like the location just to walk the lot and kick some tires around, also to see the new vehicles coming out as there are a lot of vehicles to choose from. It took 2 days to receive notification back regarding an online appt. made for an oil change. I lucked out and got the e-mail that morning before leaving. I got the e-mail at 9am and the appt was for 1pm online appt. made for an oil change. I lucked out and got the e-mail that morning before leaving. I got the e-mail at 9am and the appt was for 1pm that same day. Never did get a phone call. The employees are all quite friendly and I have never had a problem, but I won't be booking online anymore. I do wish the confirmation e-mail would have reminded me what time the appt was for. It just said your appt is confirmed and the date. I also found it curious that the e-mail I got for dealer feedback stated "if you were 100$ satisfied, please take the time to rate your experience". LOL More
In Customer service, we were treated with respect the entire time we were there. They allowed us to browse the lot without any pressure. I went in for a 7500 mile service on my new Kia. It was first come first serve Saturday.
