I have always enjoyed having my car serviced by this facility. The crew is friendly, courteous, always willing to answer my questions and I believe them to be totally honest. They are usually very punctual - when they say the car will be ready it most generally is - unless they find something else that needs correction while working on the main problem. However, they have never assumed that they should go ahead and fix the problem because they always call first to get permission.
