Castle is a very customer oriented individual, a breath of fresh air. Sometimes a business, any business can forget the importance of the customer. At Wyler's they haven't forgotten, we have found the employees to be very helpful and apreciative of our role as a customer. Phil was a pleasure to work with. He got in contact with me quickly to help me secure the Elantra I was looking for. I came into the dealership with a specific price point, and as a result, I was expecting to purchase less vehicle than I would have liked.
