I came into the dealership late on Friday evening with a very general idea of what type of SUV I was interested in. Mr. Farish took the time to show me a variety of vehicles and test drive as many as was n very general idea of what type of SUV I was interested in. The process was quick and simple and my vehicle was ready for me to pick-up first thing Saturday morning (with a phone call from Tom). The Toyota I chose looked beautiful. It was cleaned perfectly and even cooled by the air conditioner before they gave it to me. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Jeff Wyler and Tom Farish in the past 5 years and will definately go back for my next purchase. More
I brought my car in for maintenance in preparation for a long trip. I arrived early for my appointment and they took me right away.It needed new tires, so it took a lot longer than I had allowed before my h long trip. TJ got the courtesy van to take my mother and me to our appointment. As we were waiting for the courtesy van to pull around to the front where my 97 year old Mom could get in easier,I realized I'd left my phone in my car so couldn't call ahead to let them know Mom & I would be a few minutes late for our appointment. The girl working with TJ took me to where my car was up on the lift, they lowered it so I could get my phone out of it. When I got back to the main entrance the van was there and the driver was already helping my Mom to the van. When we were finished the courtesy van was on a trip to New Carlisle, so the gentleman working with TJ came and got us and was very friendly. As we waited a little longer in the waiting room the courtesy van driver returned and expressed his concern for not keeping us waiting to be picked up. I felt that everyone genuinely cared. I feel that all employees involved went above and beyond, and were happy to be of service. More
I make an appointment, I arrive a little early, I check in, they service the vehicle, I make myself comfortable and drink their coffee and read the paper. Very nice experience. Jeff was not a push salesman and we were very pleased with the results. Very happy with the car. Dale was very helpful, I went to Jeff Wyler with 2 cars on my mind and after talking with Dale and test driving the Kia Soul I knew I didn't have to look any farther. He and his team worked with me and got me the price point I was looking for and could afford. Doug always provides excellent service. The lady in the billing office(I forget her name) was very kind and efficient. Kudos to A J Castle--a top-notch salesman. In looking for a new/used car, I explained to A J that I needed a car to accommodate my small stature (being able to reach the accelerator, etc), plus APPEAL. A J PATIENTLY adjusted the seats in countless cars on the lot. After 3+ hours, I narrowed it down to two cars, even though I didn't really like either of them. We proceeded to his office just to discuss amount of a monthly payment. Then, I met A J's boss, Tom Loney (the self-described ornery guy they keep in a rear corner office) who told me of a dark blue 2011 Chrysler 200. I understood it had only recently been put on the lot. It had that wow factor and was the color I'd been looking for, THE GLOVE FIT--so I bought it. Thanks to you, Tom! A J worked with me to derive at a payment I was comfortable with. I put A J through the drill with a myriad of questions, and he met the challenge. He said if I had any questions, even AFTER the sale, to contact him. How many salesmen tell you that and mean it? It was a pleasure to meet/deal with A J--a young man who is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. With these attributes, he should continue to advance in his career, whether it's selling cars or any endeavors. More
