I noticed that my vehicle was running running as smooth as the day that received it upon driving away from the dealership. While waiting for the service to be done the waiting area had vending machines and free hot coffee. Staff were walking through and I was greeted by several staff members. When the service was completed the documentation of the the service completed along with the bill was personally presented by service personnel with the announcement that the service on my car was completed and I was escorted to the cashier. He departed with a handshake. The cashier was very pleasant and upon receiving payment answered my question about where I would find my car parked. I found my car locked and waiting for me immediately north outside of the entryway doors. I then proceeded to the car wash and emerged clean and road worthy. Staff at Jeff Wyler are not sedentary. These men and women walk and circulate throughout the dealership and function much like a large family that is joyful engaged and full of purpose. I have been to many dealerships and this has been the best of them all. More
My experience with Jeff Wyler, Springfield was excellent. I was unable to get a local dealer to look for a specific car. He wanted to sell me what was on the lot. I searched the internet and Ben responded to my request immediately. The next day I received a note from Phil Beach expressing a desire to work with me. He said he would search for the car I was looking for and was sure he could find it. I a short time Phil was back to me with a quote and a located car. Springfield is 70 miles away but because of the willingness of Phil to go the extra mile to get the car I wanted, I was more than happy to travel the distance to work with him. Phil went the extra mile for me. He was able to meet my price point and did everything he could to see that I was satisfied. I appreciate all that was done and will recomend Jeff Wyler and Phil Beach to family and friends in that area. I also intend to bring the car back to check out your service department when possible and have Phil wash my car. Thanks for one of the best experiences I have ever had in making a car purchase. I made contact with Phil through the internet link. He was immediately responsive and great to work with. We were able to meet and close the sale within that same morning. He provided all information I needed and was comfortable to deal with, even had the car I wanted unloaded and prepped so that I could test drive it upon my arrival a short time after our initial contact. Overall Experience falls to 1 - Very Bad when we go to the next afternoon, when my husband and I arrived to take delivery of the car. Phil had even come in on his day off. We were scheduled for 4:30pm, and came with a cashier's check for the full purchase price of the car. After briefly meeting with Phil, we did not get to see one of the Finance Managers until 6:45pm. To be kept waiting this long was rude, frustrating, and destroyed all of the fun and excitement of getting a new car. We've heard since that dealership finance folks make a percentage on deals that are financed, so they really don't like to do cash deals. Money is money to the dealership as a whole and to the salesperson, but not the finance guys; however they have no right to spoil the buying experience for any customer. This in turn tarnishes the reputation of the salesperson through no fault of their own. Mr Thomas was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars that we discussed. There was not any high pressure involved in making this sale which was a plus as my previous experiences in purchasing vehic cars that we discussed. While I was not happy with the trade-in value offered (my Kelly Blue printout for the trade-in value was thousands higher than the one provided by the dealership...from the same web site) it was Mr. Thomas' personality and way of handling is business that secured the sale for me. I would recommend my friends to Mr. Thomas should they be in the market for a new car. More

Kenny was kind enough to let me sit away from the others in the waiting room. I was uncomfortable in there as there was a strange man and his mother there, as well as people yammering away on their cell pho in the waiting room. Kenny suggested I take a seat near his service area (not in anyone's way). He had been phone-friendly before when I called to confirm my appointment. At the appointment he explained what the problems were with my car and understood the financial dilemma this work exacerbated and made sure to use one of the coupons I presented to him. Kenny is great. I would just like that the service people, when I leave out my service log, would take the time to check what they did and date it. The previous dealership I had been using was great about doing that and I miss it. Kenny great. Waiting room-eh. Prices-eh. When I book on-line, I would like an email confirming my appointment.
