Fix the hesitation in my 2015 Colorado. I had a hesitation in exceleration in my 2015 Colorado. I took it to Wyler's 2 times and to Foreman's 1 time. After driving and testing whatever they I had a hesitation in exceleration in my 2015 Colorado. I took it to Wyler's 2 times and to Foreman's 1 time. After driving and testing whatever they test they both said they could not find any problem. I received a letter from GM that my Colorado could have a INOPERATIVE PURGE SOLENOID which could create this very problem. I took the letter to Wyler's and even though everything checked out ok they replaced the SOLENOID. So far I haven't noticed the problem again. I have only driven the vehicle about 20 miles since the repair. We will have to wait and see if it is fixed. More

When the glitch re-appeared, I immediately drove to the dealership with no appointment. The techs were able to get me back on the road quickly and set an appointment for a deeper look at the problem. I was very pleased that the dealership understood the situation and stepped in to help. More
Long Process and Poor Followthrough I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and am directly responsible for another new car sell and 2 used car sales. Said differently, I have contributed to 8 vehicle sales transactions to their balance sheet. I recently purchased a 2018 Camry XLE that has been and continues to be an adventure. I ordered the Camry on February 10. The dealership said it would be in house in 6-8 weeks. That would indicate that the Camry should have been delivered in the March 24 - April 7 time window. The car did not arrive at the dealership until May 23 which was 6 1/2 weeks later than the maximum 8 week timeline. I was told that my order was not "picked" until by Toyota until Feb. 24, 2 weeks after I placed the order. On May 8, I was contacted by the sales person saying it was on the truck heading to the dealership, which turned out to be incorrect. After the dealer prep stuff and being out of town, I was able to pick the car up on June 16. When they performed the dealer prep, they put tire dressing on the tires, a usual prep action performed. After driving the car home, there was black stuff all over the sides of the car, thick on the lower back quarter panels and thick in the fender wells where the panels went into the fender well areas. The color of our car was Windchill Pearl. After cleaning the tire stuff off the car, I noticed a "staining" in the areas of the lower back quarter panels behind the back wheels and in the fender well areas. There was also some staining on the lower areas behind the front tires. After discussing this with the dealership, they suggested a couple of things to try and clean the stained areas, one of which was even performed by the dealership itself. None of them worked. The dealership has contacted the vendor that supplies this tire dressing, who is to contact me so that we can meet at the dealership and get the staining taken care of. The sales person had originally said that those areas on the car affected would have to be repainted. I responded to that indicating that was not going to happen on a brand new car. In the event that the staining cannot be taken care of by the supplier, it is my position that the dealership can order me an identical replacement car and I will drive the current one as a demo until the new one arrives. I have yet to see if it comes to that. If not, my conversations and lobbying are far from over. It seems that I, the customer, have had to do the bulk of the calling to find out where the process stood. The ordering process took twice as long, multiple miscommunications from the sales person to the customer and incorrect information made to the customer. More
