Purchased new camry about 3 weeks ago. Salesman (Tom Brackett) great as always. I drove it home and did not drive until next morning. The maintenance light came on. Went to appointment and was told it was oxygen sensor causing issue. They had to order part and I would have to bring back. It should take about an hour after engine cooled off. When part arrived I was then told it would have to be left overnight. I received a loaner, drove it home and next morning it had a flat tire. I picked up car and next day the same light came on. I took it back and was told this time that one of the sensors going to the oxygen sensor may be bad and this caused oxygen sensor to go bad. Ordered more parts. Went back for another appointment, told it needed to be overnight again. I received another loaner. I was called a few hours later and was told I could go ahead and pick it up. I could have been driven home instead of given the loaner. I couldn't pickup till next day. Due to schedule, I had my mother pick up car. She was told that a mouse had chewed through some wires and under the circumstances, there would not be any charge. More

Car in for inspection after accident, hit in rear end while stopped. $85.00 for inspection for insurance purposes. According to inspection...no damages caused from collision. Tires were wearing on inside/uneven & needed to be replaced. Why did tires wear on inside? No mention of left front lower ball joint needing to be replaced. Did say I needed new wiper blades. They were replaced in February. Also said air conditioner needed refresh service. No.... the air conditioning is fine. Oil change paid for ....no sticker on window this time. Was the oil actually changed? Is damage to rear suspension the only possible damage a rear end collision can cause? While pricing tires at other tire shop...found that the left front lower ball joint needs replaced. Why didn't Jeff Wyler Service Department catch that? That's why I brought the car in for inspection. More

I gave all Great ratings because I had a positive experience at Jeff Wyler. They were willing to be reasonable and creative when it came time to offer up a little good will as far as negotiation. My camry would not start last Friday. Tim recommended Maines Towing to drop the car off at Wylers. Car was checked on arrival and part ordered. Car was repaired and ready by 10:00 am Monday. I found that the salesman was positive, attentive and truthful. He was patient while we were working through what fit our needs. He was aware that we were shopping all makes. My Santa Fe was acting up about a week ago, engine light came on, car was stalling out at stops. Visited J.Wyler's and made an appointment for a check over and repair if necessary. In the interim the engine light went out, but Ken thought we should check it out anyway, because I am heading out on a long trip tomorrow. They found the culprit, it was the oxygen sensor, replaced it under warranty. This is my 5th Hyundai, I love these cars and the service J.Wylers has always given them and me. Security is what they give me along with the great service. More
