We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your DealerRater.com review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. After speaking with our Technician (who inspected your vehicle), he recalls the inspection and is certain that there was no damage caused by a rear-end collision...only a few scuff marks on the bumper. The eneven wear on the tires is a result of not rotating tires. Our Technician also states that we did not "catch" that the left front lower ball joint needed replaced because it did not need replaced. A question better asked of the facility where you purchased your tires. As for the oil change "sticker", we apologize that it was not placed on the windshield. We will be happy to supply a sticker to you. I assure you, however, that your oil/filter was certainly changed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
